What exactly is No Fate Art Studios? It's my first attempt at a website [yeah, I know, I'm a bit behind---everybody and his mother has a website by now!]  I'm going to use this site to show off some of my art, and see what kind of feedback I get from it.  In the future, I may add some other stuff [such as some of my short fiction] as time permits.   By the way, 'No Fate' comes from a line in T2: Judgment Day-- "There is no fate but what we make for ourselves."

I work in a number of media, including pencil, charcoal, colored pencil, oil pastel, pen and ink, as well as oils and acrylics. The categories list the variety of subject matters I like to work with; as you can see most have something to do with the human figure.

This will be a work in progress
as I learn the process, so please be patient and check back often.

Some of my artwork portrays characters which are owned by various corporations and/or other artists.  I will always try to give credit where credit is due, especially if it's not obvious; if I fail to do so, it's not intentional.

One other note: some of these pictures [especially the older ones] are from photographs of my work that I later scanned in, while many of the newer ones I was able to scan in directly.  Larger works had to be scanned in sections and pieced together in Photopaint.  That's why there is such a variation in the quality of the pictures.  Just thought someone out there would want to know.

One more thing: At this point, none of the pictures are linked to a larger, higher resolution version.  Web-space is limited on these free web-sites, so for now it'll have to do.  If you're really interested in seeing a better quality version of a particular piece, you can email me with your request and I'll email you a better version.
