Anya.
Forget her many, many years of enacting vengeance on well-deserving men- for that doesn't matter now. Anything that Anya has been has not overshadowed what she has become, for she has emerged not just as a completely different being, but with a completely different nature. Humanity has come upon the girl. Be it her love for Xander or her goodness beneath. Anya has made a demon-turnaround and has become a good person. Underneath her lack of tact is honesty and truthfulness. She loves Xander, in spite of his relationship flaws, supports him in whatever he decides to do, and doesn't ask him to be anything more or less than he already is. Anya is quite the human.
