Faith.
I don't quite understand why I have faith in Faith. Is it little more than just the name? Maybe I think Joss is trying to tell us something in that name. Have faith. In what? A ruthless killer, a lost little girl? What exactly is it about her that makes me feel that she is not the evil she appears to be? Perhaps it is that she is just a child. There is an innocence to her, a purity even to her most vile actions. As if she doesn't truly understand that bad is bad, the consequences of that. & maybe I think that if she just understands, she'll turn around, she'll be good, she'll repent for her evil actions. She'll be Good. I am literally broken hearted that she is still evil. Because I still hold a candle with a lite flame that the true Faith, the good Faith, will one day emerge.
