Step 1. Move the HTML file to this folder.
Step 2. Add this line right above <!-- Ramaker styles and scripts --> in the HTML file:

<script type="text/javascript" src="CalvaryJs.js"></script>

Step 3. Press Ctrl + A, Ctrl + C, then click the first box in the excel sheet and click Ctrl + V.
