I will speak on behalf of Min :)
I've only gotten to know Min relativly recently, though before I spoke with her I knew her by reputation as a fun, friendly girl eager to declare her friendship with half the Tower ;). Since then, though, I've found that there's much more to her than her reputation alone, and she's always been there to make me laugh even when I'm trying to feel sorry for myself, and to joke and laugh with me when I'm getting too stressed. We've had some very good times together, and I am sure we will continue to do so as she is Aes Sedai. :)

I beleive that if your sponors have spoken for you then you don't have to wait you can post them anytime. At least thats what I did at my raising :)

You don't have to wait, because our schedules aren't always going to sync up. If I see your sponsors have all posted, and you haven't done your Oaths, I'll call for them. Some people prefer to wait and some people prefer to press ahead. Either is fine. =)

i just want to say that i never would have gotten here without all my warders, bondies, and all the lovely greens. and can't forget Will! :P
