Second Arch- Since I have joined DM I have had the best time! I have made masses of friends and I managed to drag my best friend in RL here too. I have had fun with the warders and will always remember the fabulous welcome Anders, Kyn and Krae gave me! They should still remember I tied them to a spit! LOL. I found my Ajah with the Blues. I was made Assitant Head of the Novice Quarters which rocked! I think I shall give my mantle to another Novice now. We have had soooooooooo much fun in the Novice Quarters and setting up moats! However Moats 2 and 3 are merging to save space! LOL.
Third Arch- I hope not to spend too long as an Accepted. I want to (finally) finish my seminar and update all the ones I should have done!LOL. I hope to have more fun, make more friends and continue being Blue! I want to continue hanging out on DM coz seriously if I didn't I think i would collapse! *g*

yay! Finally getting raised! ohh, i wonder...anyway!
First Arch - I began reading WoT when niamh (my best friend for almost 4 years now) lent me the first book saying 'you have to read this!' and read it quickly (loving every page) so that i could understand what she was always going on about.lol. I then joined DM when niamh (once again) told me about it. I came on, joined, and went straight to the welcome thread niamh had set up...thank you so much to all those who first welcomed me!!
Second Arch - I began looking round and exploring the message boards which was really good fun, and taking part in the community side of DM. I then became a novice (thanks Taya for all your help!!) and got my brilliant mentor Mia!! who has really helped me out here. Thank you so much! I can't thank you enough!! I also began to meet alot of new peole and make friends...and play around and get into trouble of course...*remebers burying Feb in the moat and kidnapping the warders moat* Digging moat 3 was fun...much thanks to my co-digger Corki!!
Third Arch - I hope to stay at DM and be raised to aes sedai. I intend to stay a yellow and to contine the friendships i have found here and hopefully make many more! I also need to read the rest of the WoT books (i am only on book 5!!) so hopefully niamh will still be willing to lend them to me!! And of course as niamh said, drive you all insane!

Now that I've actually made sure that I'm really supposed to be here, I'll post my arches :D
First Arch - I started reading WoT when I was around 14 or 15. I wasn't that hooked until I started four or five of my friends reading them too. Then I realised how fun talking about Randland could be. I remember, one of my friends was really broke one Christmas and gave us all certificates proclaiming us all to be Aes Sedai! Once I left school, I sort of put WoT away, but a few months ago, I re-read the entire series in two weeks' straight. I couldn't think about anything except WoT, so I started looking around online for people with similar problems, and for more and more info on WoT. (like when is it ever going to end??) I finally found DM, and after a couple of initial hiccups, I managed to become a Tower Aspie. Thanks to Pookie, Taya, Majsju and Raeyn who were the first DM-types I spoke to and who managed not to scare me away completely :D
Second Arch Since joining the White Tower I have done very little real work :D (thankfully, I no longer have a job, so it doesn't matter so much!!) I've loved playing around in the Novice Quarters (and doing my penance lol), dipping my toes in the other Ajah boards, taking part in book discussions and whatever else kind of discussions, and generally lending an Irish aspect to whatever I managed to be talking about. I also loved the monster Novice MSN sessions, of which there haven't been nearly enough :D They will come, no doubt! :D *hugs* to Mevey and Myriam and Karana who have been giving me help and advice, and to Pookie, who is a super-mentor as well as a super-mommy :D

well i dont know exactly how to do this but ill give it a try.
first arch: well i started reading the wheel of time about a year ago, when my bf lent me the first book, i loved them right away.then i was talking to one of my friends and he introduced me to DM. thanks to all who made me feel welcome.
second arch: i started looking around the site, and asking questions when i didnt know what to do, taya answered all my questions. i started a seminar and even though i wasnt there most of the time cuz of computer problems, taya was again very helpful, thx taya.
third arch: i intend to saty at DM, to become an aes sedai and be part of the blue ajah. to continue the friendships i have started and finish reading the wheel of time books, im at book 10 at the moment. thx again to all who welcomed me.

Jeez. You know, I never would have known about this if it weren't for Will. I owe him one I guess. Apparently I'm supposed to write some "arches" Bleeh. Well I JUST figured out what they were too. A little behind, and such? I think so. I'm not sure how this is gonna turn out, but here it goes...I guess.
First Arch - Well I first joined DM a year ago, maybe a little bit more. I didn't really know much about the series, at the time I had only read the first book. My friend Mari, got me reading the series, and then she told me about DM. I thought that it sounded like a spiffy little place, so I joined. That's basicly the whole reason I came to be me, Adriethiel
Second Arch - A lot happened in the first few months, and I was determined to be a red ajah. I stayed pretty much to the reds for a while, and then Mari got me to post around some of the other boards. I mostly stayed with the reds though, I was getting used to the people there and I felt more at home around them. Then some things got complicated and I had to leave the boards. When I finally came back, months later, things were certianly different. I spent all my time with the yellows. Oh the happy yellows, I loved them so. I had new friends, Nynaeve, Will, Raek. I posted a lot and in turn because part of the "Insane Ones" as their princess, with Nyna as my mommy. That's probably what I loved the most about the boards.
Third Arch - This is supposed to be about what I'm to do in the future on these boards, is it not? I don't know what to say here, for once. Had this happened a few months ago, I'd be thrilled. Things have changed so much, and I'd love to talk about how much I'm going to change, and how much I'm going to work for these boards. But I can't. I don't think. I've been away from here for way to long to be able to come back and post like I should. Thank you all very much for the time that you spent with me, if you spent any with me, and for those who have no idea who I am...I'm sure I would have liked you =P.

The First Arch- I began to read WOT last summer and was hooked instantly. I spent ages looking for a website related to it but it was in vain! Then one day at the beginning of march I typed in "New Spring" into the search engine! WHOOOSH! Tor's page on New Spring gave me the link to Dragonmount! I looked around for a while and then signed up for the message boards!
I want to run a couple of discussions and write some more movie reviews. *g* I hope to do lots more and continue hanging around on here and driving you insane!

No-one ever really knows what the future holds. I definitely had no clue that I was going to be raised to Accepted until Mevey congratulated me this morning :D But I eventually hope to choose an Ajah, so I'd like your help in doing so ;), I hope to hold a seminar that I've been thinking about for ages now, and I hope to do some work on reviews. The future is uncertain for me in RL too, as I'm about to go and live halfway around the world for a year. But whatever happens, I'll definitely still be around DM, even if it's less than I'd like.
