A little dog, lost in the forest, saw a tiger running in his direction. He thought fast, seeing some bones on the ground, he began to gnaw on them.         

When the tiger got close, threatening to attack, the little dog spoke out, in a loud voice: “- Ah! How delicious, this tiger that I have just eaten.”

The tiger stopped, brusquely, spun around and bounded away, terrified, of the little dog, “That brave dog! It almost caught me too.”

A monkey, that had observed the scene took off running after the tiger and told him how he had been fooled by the dog. “- Cursed dog” exclaimed the tiger. “- I’ll get him back for that”.

Sometime later the dog saw the tiger coming in his direction, with a mean look on his face and the monkey close behind. “Ah,…treacherous monkey! What can I do now?”

Rather than running away, the little dog turned his back on them, as if he hadn’t seen them. When the tiger had nearly reached him the little dog called out in a loud voice, “What a lazy Monkey! It’s been nearly an hour since I sent him to bring me another tiger and he hasn’t came back yet!”
