WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE!

INTRO

Hi guys my name is Antonio John Paolo M. Tapispisan, a 15 year old student currently living in Abu Dhabi as a grade 9 student in Philippine Emirates Private School. My hobbies are watching anime, playing games, and playing online games such as 7DS, COD and more. This is my website for our project in our ICT class. My website contains the name of the components that was included with our robotics kit and how my RGB and LED were programmed in a video.

Without requirements or design, programming is the art of adding bugs to an empty text file. Louis Srygley

What is a Junkbot?

Junkbot

Junkbot is a DIY robotic kit that enables young and old to create and build working robots from almost anything. It transforms house hold objects such as plastic bottles and old CDs,wooden spoons or cardboard in to unique, imaginative robots that can be programmed for a variety of functions – and at different levels of skill. As they delight in making new shapes come alive, kids will learn the core STEAM concepts of analytical thinking, problem solving, prototyping, lateral thinking and building

Parts with the Kit

Junkbot Board

Junkbot board is a microcontroller board based on Arduino NANO. It has many digital and analog I/O pins. In addition, to a built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi models.

LED

It emits a bright white light

RGB

It is an LED that emits the three basic colors red, green and blue. you can also mix them to produce other colors with coding.

Wire

It is used to connect the board with the computer, upload the code, and power it.

Buzzer

It is a simple Piezo Transducer that create some beeps. Piezo Transducers are similar to speakers in that an applied voltage causes the piezo crystal to move and make a sound. Buzzers can be found in alarm devices, computers, timers… etc.

Ultrasonic Sensor

Ultrasonic sensor is a device that can measure the distance to an object by using sound waves.

DC Motor

DC motor is a rotating electrical machine that uses the direct current (DC) to produce mechanical energy from the electrical energy..

Wheels

They should be connected to the motors
