The city of Beirut. A police department. Complaints room. Four good Lebanese citizens, each filing a complaint.
While waiting in the empty room, they discover a video camera. Four good Lebanese citizens under a camera.
Four good Lebanese citizens destroy themselves and the others for the camera.
