The following are the Terms and Conditions for Services or Sale of Goods. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these nor do they affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will acknowledge complaints within 2 working days, and keep you informed throughout the process including the time it will take to resolve the complaint.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at anytime from stated on the website. Prices are checked regularly however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will inform you and ask if you wish to proceed. If for any reason Goods or service ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative.
We cannot be held liable whatsoever if we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods or Services by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Our charges are based in units of one case.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed by General Information Service.
We accept payment by cash or check. Check should make payable to General Information Service.
General Information Service reserves the right to waive the No-Fix, No-Charge policy before performing service. The Customer will be informed beforehand if the problem reported falls into this category.
Callout fee is payable irrespective of whether the fault has been fixed. In addition, No-Fix, No-Charge applies to the first problem reported to us, additional problems can be reported to the call taker or technician when he visits but these will come outside the No-Fix, No-Charge. If the first problem reported is fixed but subsequent ones are not charges for the whole time the engineer has spent are payable.
No-Fix, No-Charge only applies to problems we cannot fix or are uneconomical to fix, not to problems the customer does not want us to fix.
Without virus protection, removal service warranty 7 days. With virus protection, removal service warranty 30 days.
We offer 30 days warranty for any other services.
General Information Service will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries, damages or expenses arising from the service or the use or the inability to use the system or from any unauthorized access or alteration to the IT system [by a third party]. Customers should perform a system backup before a visit by a technician. General Information Services are not liable for any data lost. We will try our best to ensure all data are backed-up for the customer as required as an extra service. However, this is mainly up to the customer to carry out a regular backup of all data to prevent any data loss. General Information Service will not specifically be responsible for any crashes, losses, claims, penalties, damages, or expenses from the installing of additional programs by the customer or a third party after the visit. Telephone & Email support is strictly provided over the telephone or email. Any further support provided as a telephone or email support call would not result in an on-site callout, unless Customers have agreed to the on-site charges in advance.
Any advice or communication given by general information service is provided by general information services on an "as-is" basis. General information services makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of advice or the information, content, materials or products included on any communication, including but not limited to email, telephone, fax, verbal, or otherwise. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, general information services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. General information services will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising as the result of communication between general information service and her client, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
