打開電腦，慣例的看看有什麼新的信，一封 From: CS GRAD-ADMIN Acct, Subject: Admission for Fall 2002 的信，映入眼簾：

Dear Applicant,

We are pleased to inform you of your admission to the MS
program of the Department of Computer Science at New York
University.  You will receive official notification from the
Graduate School of Arts and Science within the next month.

Because of our concerns about your facility
with the English language, we are requiring you to take
the English Proficiency test administered by the American
Language Institute at NYU.  If the test results
indicate that you need English proficiency classes,
you may be required to take these.  Please contact

at [email protected] for information about test dates and locations.

Fall classes begin on September 4.  We will hold an orientation
and advisement session prior to that date, where we will explain the

這三片 CD 是我沈澱心靈時的好伙伴，謝謝你不吝惜的讓他們陪伴我那麼久。

此時我應該在芝加哥探訪我小阿姨， 7/14 便會踏上紐約的土地，展開另一個人生歷程。人生處處有轉機，時時有驚奇，現在的我把握住了一個轉機，但不知我是否可面對下一個驚奇；這種心情十分複雜、微妙，就像是古代指腹為婚，素未謀面的新郎將要揭開命運之神推向他的妻子的面紗...。

我想我是準備好了，我期待紐約一切豐富，我掏空的心靈。（我會高唱 New York, New York!）
