From Sacramento / San Francisco Bay Area:
Take I-80 East towards Reno. Just past the town of Truckee, take the Sierraville/Lake Tahoe exit (188-B), veer right. Turn RIGHT onto Hwy 267, and follow until it ends at Hwy 28 in Kings Beach. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 28, go past the Stateline casinos, and follow into Incline Village. Turn RIGHT onto Village Blvd., and follow until it ends on Lakeshore Blvd. Turn LEFT onto Lakeshore Blvd. Lakeshore Realty will be on your LEFT across the street from beautiful Incline Beach.

Take Hwy 50 East. At Spooner Summit, turn LEFT onto Hwy 28. Follow about 13 miles. Turn LEFT at Country Club Drive (1st stop light). Follow Country Club Dr. until it ends on Lakeshore Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto Lakeshore Blvd. Lakeshore Realty will be about .25 mile on your RIGHT across the street from beautiful Incline Beach.
