Omg, I can't believe that xmas is so soon, in a few days. I've been so busy lately that the shopping I did do seemed meaningless. I really need to slow down and take a breath. I haven't gotten good sleep in days.  One of my sisters and best friend spent the night the other day and it was a lot of fun. I am glad she got some sleep because I did not sleep at all. I don't know what it was but I never fell asleep. I got up at 7 am (still no sleep), to shower and get ready and we took off to work at the community service Adopt-A-Family event. We were there from 8am-12ish. Then we went to work at the center. We were there until like 4ish. We were all fatasses that day. We ate SO much, it was insane, but fun. When I got home I was on the phone for about 3 hrs and i was chatting with a few of my bests! <333

Today was another 8 hr work day. I went to the bank and the store then went to work. I had to be there at 130. We all folded the new newsletters so we could mail them out ASAP. We had some healthy veggies with ranch dip and some badass music from DJ Kaboom... then went to work to prepare for our Christmas Banquet. It was fun. We set up tables, some table cloths, decorated, then organized the food. Once everyone showed up we started serving food and my boss played xmas carols on the piano. =] It was nice. We got gifts from our students and families, we got to eat together, we had a blast overall. A good two work days, long but memorable. I can't wait for the stress to finally go away after xmas. I'm off for vacation from work as well, just have to meet with the whole staff on thursday for some at-home  assigned work and gift exchange. =]

I can't wait for xmas and the new year. I want it to be special and memorable. Hopefully I get that this year. I'm hoping and praying.
