Malaysian Youth Have No Value For Life, what did we do wrong?
photo

Everyday I watched in tears as my neighbourhood children embark in dispicable act of smoking in front of the public at the playground even tough they hardly reached adulthood some of them as young as ten year-old. While the boys carrying pack cigarettes inside their shirts the girls carried a baby inside them. How can we let our future children end up without hope and dignity? Have we forgotten the Vision 2020 lauded by our PM?

It's disappointing to hear in the news that many Malaysian youth end up dead on our roads as a result of wreckless racing with their bikes. The Mat Rempits mostly youth have no fears gambling their precious lives on the road as if it has no value at all. The price a Malaysian teenage prostitute or Bohsia for the winner as for the loser most likely end up dead. I followed the news with sorrow as I noticed that many Malaysian end up with Aids as a result of prostitution.

Another dilemma plaguing the Malaysian youth are the scourge of drugs more and more of Malaysian teens are involved in contraband drugs like ecstasy, eramin, metaphetamin (syabu) etc directly exposing their lives to the perils of death. Don't the youth in Malaysia have respect for lives anymore? They think life is a game and readily take dangerous gambles like playing homemade firecrackers in the open thus jeopardizing their livelihood in the future when the firecrackers backfires like in most cases.

I wish the youth would learn from our history risking our lives will do the country no good you only be making the devils and satan laughed out loud in hell. So be a resplendant Malaysian and contribute to the country by doing our fatherland proud on his 50th birthday.
