Today, I and my labo-friend made beer!!

We made stout-beer!!

Stout is kind of beer. 

Bitter and Aromatic Taste!! Like "Guinness!!"

Today, our goal was preliminary fermentation.

First, we washed vessel and pan.

Because, To make tasty beer , we must kill bacteria!!

Bacteria make beer taste worse...

Secondly, we boiled mash for 1 hour!!

Long time boiling make beer deep-taste.

and, Finally, we put it on vassel and put the Yeast in.

"Yeast"  make alcohol and carbonic acid on beer!!

To make beer, it took about 4 hours.

We were very tired.

After 2 weeks, we try secondary fermentation!

About 1 or 2 months later, we get beer!!

I'm looking forward to it. 

I want to drink beer early!!
