I just finished Rules of Prey by John Sandford.  I give this novel 3 of 5 stars.  Usually, I do not finish books I am not enjoying.  However, this author and series was very highly recommended.  Jeez.. he has a Pulitzer.  This was just not for me.  Maybe it was great 17 years ago when it was first written. 

 

I found this book very predictable.  There were many nuances of this book that reminded me of either books I had already read or a television show I had seen.  I do not blame this on the author, since this book was written before the other books and television shows.  Still, for me .... BORING.
