Burning Down the Broom Closet
This past weekend, I finally got up the courage to come out to my parents. I told them that I am Wiccan. They were upset and worried, but they seem to accept that it's my decision to make, though they told me they will pray for me. I'm fine with that. I would be disappointed if they didn't realy. But this frees me to be open about my religion with anyone I care to. I am "out of the broom closet" as it were, and I'm very glad of it.
My real name is Britt. I love discussing religion, theory, storries, and anything else that helps people to better understand their world. I also love gardening, biking, and lying in the sun.
