INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet of spaghetti
- 1 can of Prego sauce traditional
- 1 large tomato seeds diced (if small, use 2 pieces of tomato)
- 1 diced onion holland
- 5 cloves of garlic, diced
- 6 stalks thinly sliced sausage
- 1 slice mince Ramlee
- Button mushrooms cut into small (up to your liking, I used 7 pieces of canned button mushrooms)
- salt,sugar,sufficient water
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano (can be purchased in bottles hypermarkets)
- olive oil
METHODS
- SPAGETTI
- Boil water, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt. Blanched spaghetti until tender, estimated time of 7-8 minutes. Drain and pass the normal water a minute.
- SPAGETTI SAUCE
- Heat a little olive oil. Saute garlic and onion holland. When you have yellowed, add diced tomatoes. Fry briefly.
- Enter Prego sauce, ground beef and a little water. Cook until meat is tender.
- Add salt, sugar, sausage, button mushrooms and oregano leaves. Let cook in low heat approximately 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
