  • Button mushrooms cut into small (up to your liking, I used 7 pieces of canned button mushrooms)

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano (can be purchased in bottles hypermarkets)

  • SPAGETTI
    1. Boil water, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt. Blanched spaghetti until tender, estimated time of 7-8 minutes. Drain and pass the normal water a minute.
  • SPAGETTI SAUCE
    1. Heat a little olive oil. Saute garlic and onion holland. When you have yellowed, add diced tomatoes. Fry briefly.
    2. Enter Prego sauce, ground beef and a little water. Cook until meat is tender.
    3. Add salt, sugar, sausage, button mushrooms and oregano leaves. Let cook in low heat approximately 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve.
