- 250 g bread flour (high protein flour)
- 130 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast (instant yeast)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable fat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pizza sauce (can also use Prego sauce / spaghetti)
- 4-button mushrooms (sliced thinly)
- Large-half onion (sliced round)
- 5 olive- black beans (cut into round)
- slices of capsicum red / green / yellow
- 5 slices of sausage
- 10 crab meat, cut into cube
- Mozarella cheese grater adequately
METHODS

- Sift the flour in a bowl combine instant yeast, salt, sugar, dried oregano and chopped garlic. Toss to mix.
- Pour honey and olive oil, mix in the flour until well blended.
- Pour water slowly while continuing to knead until dough.
- Then add the vegetable fat with the dough and continue kneading until the dough together with vegetable fat and getting dough is soft, smooth and elastic.
- Shaped the dough and place it in a container that has been greased.
- over with cling plastic and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
- PIZZA
- Remove the dough, knead 5 minutes and place the dough on the pizza pan with a little butter dilenser.
- Press with fingertips until dough meet last tray.
- Let the dough a little thicker on the lips of the tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200C for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce / spaghetti sauce, place all the filling ingredients except cheese.
- Finally a new scatter cheese evenly.
- Lower the temperature to 180C and bake another 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with chilli sauce panas2 / or tomato sauce
