INGREDIENTS
  • DOUGH INGREDIENTS
    • 250 g bread flour (high protein flour)
    • 130 ml water
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon yeast (instant yeast)
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable fat
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • INGREDIENTS
    • 1 cup pizza sauce (can also use Prego sauce / spaghetti)
    • 4-button mushrooms (sliced thinly)
    • Large-half onion (sliced round)
    • 5 olive- black beans (cut into round)
    • slices of capsicum red / green / yellow
    • 5 slices of sausage
    • 10 crab meat, cut into cube
    • Mozarella cheese grater adequately
METHODS
  • DOUGH
    1. Sift the flour in a bowl combine instant yeast, salt, sugar, dried oregano and chopped garlic. Toss to mix.
    2. Pour honey and olive oil, mix in the flour until well blended.
    3. Pour water slowly while continuing to knead until dough.
    4. Then add the vegetable fat with the dough and continue kneading until the dough together with vegetable fat and getting dough is soft, smooth and elastic.
    5. Shaped the dough and place it in a container that has been greased.
    6. over with cling plastic and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  • PIZZA
    1. Remove the dough, knead 5 minutes and place the dough on the pizza pan with a little butter dilenser.
    2. Press with fingertips until dough meet last tray.
    3. Let the dough a little thicker on the lips of the tray.
    4. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200C for 5 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and spread with pizza sauce / spaghetti sauce, place all the filling ingredients except cheese.
    6. Finally a new scatter cheese evenly.
    7. Lower the temperature to 180C and bake another 15-20 minutes.
    8. Serve with chilli sauce panas2 / or tomato sauce
