I screwed when rearranging the pages of my site so it goes page 1, 2, 3 etc. as it should... go me. But it's fixed, now ^.^

On another note, I've found a suitable host and I'm done with the page layout, so...

I did as I said I changed my technique... I like it better, but I don't like my inking pen.  It bleeds too much.  I'll have to check for something better...

Also, I'm working on getting a new home for Tara.  I should have gotten a decent webcomic host by next week (and hopefully a decent inking pen too...).

I managed to hook up my scanner and finally upload today's strip (if an hour and a half late) Yay me! ^.^

On another note, though, it didn't quite come out as I wanted to.  On the first panels, Tali's eyes are misplaced, and I apparently can't draw a characters whose both eyes look the same...  ah well.  I'll work on it, I promise ^.^;

Also, I totally screwed up with the panel where Tali's two "friends" are seen from the side.  I'll re-do it when I get some time.

Lastly, I probably won't work the way I did again.  What I've been doing so far is draw each panel on a seperate sheet of paper (giving me more space to add in detail), then scan and resize/arrange them to make a strip.  But it's waaaaay too much of a hassle to be worth the slight gain in quality.  For the next update, I'll just do the whole thing on a single sheet of paper.

  Due to the renovations at my house not being finished yet, I couldn't scan the comic panels for yesterday, as I planned to *cries*. Fortunately, the first panel was already in digital format, so here it is. Hopefully, the renovations will be finished by the end of the week and I can hook up my scanner for a double update next monday...

  Welcome to this first edition of this fanfiction webcomic set in the Star Wars universe and based on characters from the MMORPG "Star Wars Galaxies".

This story relates the life of a young twi'lek, Tali'ha Caldori, daughter of the leader of the Caldori clan, that becomes forcibly involved in the Galactic Civil War and the Rebellion against the Galactic Empire.

A few things worthy of notes before we beguin...

First off, this is a fanfiction. As such, most of its content is essentially stock from the Star Wars universe, and from the game Star Wars Galaxies. This includes places, ships, races and such. Needless to say, all that stuff is copyrighted to Lucasfilm, Lucasarts, Sony Online Entertainment and their partners if applicable.

Second, the canon I used for this fanfiction is solely the movies. The reason for that is that the stuff contained in the Extended Universe is HUGE. I did read a lot of it, but if we have to take all books, games, comics, whatever into account, I'll be retired before I'm even done writing the script... not to mention how these things contradict each other a few times. So I saved myself a headache, and stuck to the movies.

That means that everything in books, comics or whatever WAS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. So don't email me to tell me that that little guys somewhere in that ship there is actually this guy from that book that did whatever he did. I don't care. So if my scenario sometimes comes in conflict with what was already written in the Star Wars EU, deal with it. =P

On a good note, that will essentially happen at the end of this webcomic, namely the Battle of Endor Which I will adapt to add some personnal elements.(You wish there was a spoiler, eh?)

Third, my drawing skills are not quite top-notch yet. Neither are my writing skills for that matter. So yes, there'll probably be times where I'm going to confuse you guys because of it. I'm wide-open to comments and constructive critism, so don't be strangers and email me whatever comments you wish - until I set up a forum for it, at least.

Do please keep it CONSTRUCTIVE, though. Things like "Ha! You suck! My three-years old little sister draws better than you!" will likely get you transferred to my spam box after I send you a nice little reply along the lines of "go fuck yourself, asshole"...

I'm also a french-speaking person in real-life, so if you notice a spelling/grammar/form error in the comics itself or even in the news on this page, please do let me know and I'll correct it.
