(Off the Cuff Answers)
1) In your poem, "The Writings' Warning," you have a line stating that your works may contain many things, including fabrication. What did you mean by this? Basically, that poem, "The Writing's Warning," and its spin off works refers to the fact that some of the poems and essays that I write, some of the poems and essays in the trilogy series are fictional. A good example of this is the fictional essay I wrote about the little boy who flew away using his ears as wings. I got that idea when I was repeatedly subjected to showings of the video, "Dumbo." Obviously, I didn't conclude that either boys or elephants could or would ever fly! Especially not using their ears! But ever since the A-P (alleged perpetrator), I've considered how some loony tune could alter the meanings or intent of everything I wrote or write. So I created, "The Writing's Warning," to deal with this potential future reoccurrence or problem. The names used in a lot of my poems and essays are another good example of this. The use of names in a sense is fictional too as the use of any certain name doesn't necessarily mean anything beyond the fact that that name had poetic sound appeal to me at the time of the writing. I also use a lot of personification in my stuff, like when I write about clock's tock talking or bushes whispering or whatever similar to that, I just don't mean it literally. Or when I write about specters, I never meant that literally either. What I was referring to was evil people not real ghosts or vampires or whatever. I suppose, I just felt like a few words were called for just in case another sicko icko, like the A-P, was lurking around out there and got too excited about the book when it was finally published.
2) It sounds like the alleged perpetrator (A-P) has truly impacted every aspect of your life? Yes, definitely he has. His existence and perpetual perpetration has changed my whole outlook on life and people in general. I used to believe that I'd just been really na�ve and unlucky to have experienced the abuse I'd suffered, and we're really talking adult abuse here! I thought that such abusive men were remarkably rare and so I was still extremely open and trusting. I took people at face value and believed them when they told me they were basically good people. I had a lot of core values about how things worked that no longer apply. Like, I used to believe that police officers were intelligent highly trained people and that they wouldn't buy any lines of crap or be fooled by circumstances. I thought the police were your first and best line of defense. I thought, boy, once the police get involved this thing will be straightened out in no time! So to me the police investigated a matter and arrested the bad guy, end of story. I don't believe that at all anymore.
I see very little reason to believe in logic or justice or good sense thesedays. Before, I saw every day as a bright and new day full of potential for wonderful things. This is not to say that I'd forgotten everything that had been done to me, nor is it to say that I was 100% finished processing things. I'm simply stating that I used to view every day as a day with potential for something good to happen, for some positive changes, for constructive projects, for hope. I believed in the overwhelming potential for good over evil and the overwhelming good sense of people. Now, I don't see life or people that way anymore. Now I see the way I was as simply overwhelmingly na�ve. The nut puppies are running rampant out there, they don't necessarily look like Charles Manson, the warning signs may be there but aren't always obvious, and my hackles are raised almost 24/7.
3) Do you feel that this alteration in your view of individuals and life will be permanent? Probably, yes it will. Nearly three years, it seems, of schooling in a wackadoodle ruining your life and the lives' of numerous co-victims drives home some pretty clear-cut lessons. I mean, this loony tune wasn't even married to me, nor engaged to me, he never spent time with my son, he isn't related to me or my son in any way, this was an approximately four-month relationship that wasn't even consummated and he's just been allowed to perpetrate all over the place like he owns all of our lives. It's really lame. He's really lame. He's made an absolute mockery of the system in every way and he wants to make even more of a mockery of it. After awhile, as the victim, you just reach the point where you don't care anymore. I don't trust anyone, but I also don't care what the A-P does anymore. He can stalk, kill me, whatever, he isn't worth worrying about any longer.
4) Do the co-victims feel the same way? To a degree, many of them have somewhat similar feelings. I think my husband is finally getting really ticked off about the stalking and the malicious slander the A-P has had his wussy little party spreading around as much as he possibly could. I know the smallest victim still lives in a state of terror. We'll refrain from mentioning names to keep the A-P's titillation down as much as possible.
5) How would you feel if I published the police reports on this website or on a related website? I think that would be great! I know a lot of the reports are likely filled with bunk, but at least some of them have to contain some pretty descriptive accuracy. So I'm all for it.
6) You have noticed that the alleged perpetrator has ceased his incessant accusations of munchausens and related subject matter. What are your thoughts on this? I think it's a temporary halting of the nonsense. The A-P is far too deranged to see the error in any of his ways. I also believe wholeheartedly that he's also far too sick to figure out that he's been projecting his own problems onto others throughout this stalking-investigation of his.
7) Can you explain to this website's readers why the emails from the alleged perpetrator are dated beginning on December, 2001? This is because I got a Court Order of Protection against him immediately after breaking off the four-month relationship with him in October 2000, so he went covert at that point. E-mails and letters are overt. The first Court Order lasted for one year, so I guess he figured the time to try his coercion by email and snail mail was on December 2001 -- you know right before Christmas. This was the gap between the two Court Orders of Protection. I got the second Court Order of Protection in February of this year, 2002, it's now December 2002, so the A-P is still covert except when he writes you as the order doesn't cover any literary agent. The second court order covers myself, my immediate family, and the primary outside of family co-victim. This co-victim is really a full-fledged victim despite his failed attempts to ignore the A-P and let so many of the A-P's stalking behavior's slide by unreported, the A-P just couldn't and can't leave him alone anymore than he can leave me alone.
8) As I understand it the alleged perpetrator has broke the Court Order of Protection repeatedly and violated against this primary co-victim? Yes, this is very true, especially through and surrounding the month of August 2002. The co-victim didn't report the A-P to the police because he kept hoping that the A-P would just leave him alone if he let the A-P's behavior's slide. This didn't work out that way at all. The A-P just kept perpetrating and getting more aggressive and the co-victim just kept trying to ignore him. Who knows what the co-victim's response will be through the year 2003.
9) And this then is the same co-victim that the alleged perpetrator states has threatened him? Laughably yes! The A-P is such a pathetic sniveling wimp it's unreal! This co-victim, like the rest of us, doesn't want to harm the A-P, doesn't want anything to do with the A-P, and the A-P just can't figure this out. Of coarse we all pretty much hate the A-P's guts, but really we're not after him at all. And the only reason we despise him is because of what he's all done through all these years of his sick stalking behaviors.

This is my final plea that we come together to mediate a solution to the legal issues that confront (Lady Lost) and myself. I do not know if you are aware of the fact that I did attempt to negotiate a resolution with Pamela on 12-18-01 . These talks went so poorly they only managed to purify the steel in my resolve to bring my case to the courts . (Lady Lost) is incapable of forming two sentences without inserting four lies . This is the reason I am addressing my final plea solely to you .
The first point I must address is the fact that regardless of any agreement or understanding we may come to I am obligated to deliver my case file to C.P.S. , which has this case noted , and will do so . (This point is non-negotiable) The second point is that its obvious neither of us wants to go to trial so I implore you to consider giving mediation a chance. As I stated to (Lady Lost) on 12-18-01 I am engaged in this legal matter as much out of principle as I am to recover my damages. If the principle that I am fighting for can somehow be satisfied this would go a long way in reaching a settlement. This principle, of course, is having (Lady Lost) cease her predatory nature against people in general and your son specifically. If I can not be given assurances of this kind, I will proceed in filing my claim.
This brings me to my final point, my case. (Lady Lost) seems to think my case is "garbage " and can not be substantiated or proven and perhaps you feel the same. I assure you my case will have a fighting chance.
It's also a fair statement that if this case goes to trial it is going to get ugly . I possess several of (Lady Lost's) writings that make references to disease, mental illness , blood , needles, poisons , doctors , excrement , abuse and other related matter . I fully intend to subpoena (Child's) medical history and link at least one of these reports to (Lady Lost's) writings. I will also be testifying to (Lady Lost's) statements made to me regarding diseases, and abuse, including claims she made that you had slapped, kicked and violently shook (Lady Lost's Child's Name), all of which I will be linking to writings authored by (Lady Lost).
In addition I am in the process of procuring a witness who has stated that (Name of Friend of Lady Lost's) was privy to talk of poisonings and that (Lady Lost) was engaged in an affair with Mr.. (Last Name Of Lady Lost's Good Friend) . I will be deposing the (Name of Friend Repeated) , both husband and wife , the (Neighbors Never Contacted) , several other people and will call you to the stand to testify . It remains interesting to note that Lady Lost never indicated to this alleged perpetrator that he could not tell his story as he saw it within his own personal opinion. What Lady Lost did refuse, and continues to avidly refuse, was the use of her poetry, essays, other written expressions and the use of her name and the names of friends and members of her family and/or acquaintances. I repeat for clarity, that Lady Lost continues to REFUSE to allow her creative works to be used in any manner, which would support such ludicrous claims! The accusations of this alleged perpetrator are entirely without grounds! I have viewed Lady Lost's child and he is in excellent health. Here (alleged perpetrator) insists he has the right to continue harassing people and digging for juicy tidbits of information. (Alleged perpetrator) contacted (friend in distant location) probably by going through my house and violating the restraining order, to acquire (friend's) home number and address -- also (alleged perpetrator) contacted the doctor who delivered (child) and this doctor, who was retired from actual practice, told me on a taped phone conversation that after the initial portion of (alleged perpetrator) spiel to him for information he concluded that (alleged perpetrator) was rather disturbed. This later doctor did make a police report upon my request after I spoke to him about what had happened.

I have an absolute right to pursue my case and pursue witnesses for my case. If you want to manipulate the authorities to have me arrested be my guest. I can tell you right now I will argue that you are a pedophilic like child predator that poisoned and tortured your son and I will back it up with substantial amounts of evidence. I am sorry it has to come to this (Lady Lost). Someone has to stand up to you and what you do to people.

An E-mail from (alleged perpetrator) after he has tried every terrorizing, coercion, and blatant blackmail approach he can come up with and we refuse to respond by paying him off or admitting to activities we have never done and then paying him off� Moreover, the individuals I know of who have been contacted by this alleged perpetrator did not welcome the contact. In fact, these people were intimidated or on some level repelled by this alleged perpetrator.

In addition I will provide additional evidence that is not within the reports, such as medical evidence and supply my conclusion regarding (Lady Lost) and this evidence. Like you , I will also solicit witnesses on my page .
This is a matter to be negotiated or to go through the courts , Ludwick, not to be aired over the internet for any crackpot to take an interest in . If you do not revise your page you will force me to exercise my American right to self protection by establishing my web page in order to see that the internet masses have the whole story, and not just your side.

It must be noted than this alleged perpetrator knew Lady Lost for a time period of merely approximately four months! In addition, this individual did not spend any time whatsoever with Lady Lost's child. Lady Lost did not make any statements to this individual to lead him to believe she was at any time guilty of perpetrating the heinous crimes his so flagrantly accuses her of! Rather, Lady Lost attempted in earnest to speak to this individual and describe to him her actual reality. To this opportunity he remained entirely unresponsive. He did not wish to hear evidence that would so refute his claims.
