I have received another email communication from the alleged perpetrator as of December, 04, 2002. Within this brief email the alleged perpetrator states he wishes to cease his plans of legal action against Lady Lost and others involved in the friendship and support of Lady Lost. I find this email communication rather interesting. To my own person view it does indeed hold the flavor of a ploy to an unknown end; however, only time can tell the true intent of this email's contents. I must confess if I were Lady Lost or any of those co-victims close to these circumstances, I would be quite offended by many insinuations within this email. First, the mere idea that the alleged perpetrator has ever been or stands at risk of being maltreated by slander, frame job efforts, or threats of physical danger generated from Lady Lost or this site, are ludicrous and slanderous in there own right. This site was never erected to name, identify nor make any known false statements in regards to the alleged perpetrator. Every singular statement made, describing the alleged perpetrator's activities and intentions upon this site, to the police officers and other professionals were made only after experiences of terrorism had been suffered. Additionally, careful consultation with numerous co-victims had occurred to conclude the most logical explanation possible under the circumstances, prior to acts of expression or notification of authorities. I believe Lady Lost's recollections and the analysis of many to be accurate. The alleged perpetrator shall never receive any threats of physical harm from any party viewing or otherwise contacting this site. As I have stated before, I do not support any methods or remedies of violent illegal resolution. As Lady Lost has stated, she also does not abide by violent illegal correction of this situation. Moreover, this poet went so far, within her "Death Threat Artists series and inquiry," as to adamantly voice her will to report any person who might have serious intentions of committing illegal activities. Although no individual connected to Lady Lost or to this site believes there was ever a death threat artist, the questioning existed to bring an unwavering explicitness to this issue.
We have never requested and will never accept any form of illegal aid.
Therefore, should the alleged perpetrator be placed in future danger, I posit he view his own actions, his own utterances of revelation and his own connections before he seek to deposit blame upon those who will never be involved in such an activity. In addition, the nature of Lady Lost's poetry is a direct result of what has been done to this author in her adult existence. Should those such as the alleged perpetrator wish to view poems of blessings and peaceful pleasures I would strongly encourage them to take pragmatic responsibility for their own behaviors, their own threatening assailments, and their own acts of negative influence. Then perhaps the alleged perpetrator could review the simplistic materials available describing the consequences of such abuse on the victim. Indeed an individual can be damaged by crimes such as domestic violence and stalking in adulthood nearly as much as a child can be harmed by similar crimes in youth. At any age, the suffering of the victim is significant. In most instances, the duration of the maltreatment is a factor. The severity of the damage is oftentimes a reflection of the gentle nature of the victim. Lady Lost is a victim of the maximal gentle nature. I would propose that any individual openly or closely familiar with Lady Lost for merely four-month's time may not comprehend this truth. Nor would any person kept distant from this poet due to variations and separations, which occur in life paths. To do the right thing, once acts of abusive unprofessional obsessive private investigation and slander (I.E. false accusations of munchausens by proxy, multiple personality disorder, torture of an infant, and other similar claims) are committed, much is necessary. This acquiescence or resignation of legal action is not adequate. However, due to Lady Lost's benevolent, innocuous and gracious character, she will likely choose to remain as always passive and as tolerant of such a shortcoming as the circumstances allow. To state Lady Lost's works as acts of self-pity is an additional verbalization borne of ignorance. Poetry and creative essay is for multitudes of poets a processing mechanism. Processing is not a synonym for self-pity. The poetry is not a direct definition of the author as a whole. Lady Lost has; however, written at least 100 works on the subjects of love, nature, and pleasure. In addition to this, Lady Lost has written numerous wholesome children's books, which I have in my possession at this time. In closing, no person nor organization need worry that the alleged perpetrator shall find himself facing any assassin or slanderous campaign due to the existence of myself, Lady Lost, or this site. However, I do not venture to guarantee the alleged perpetrator would enjoy all of the works upon this website, should he persist in his visitations. Nonetheless, it is true that a poet, essayist or novelist may lawfully write works others do not like. Moreover, such an artist may express their life experiences and what others have done to them in creative language. The matter then is skimmed down to one issue, is the one described clearly identified or identifiable to complete strangers within these works? When the answer is a negative, the works may continue. Whether the alleged perpetrator faces charges within the spectrum of a courtroom is a decision he shall make by his own demonstration of actions in the time yet to come.

In order to give everyone a chance to do the right thing I am going to absorb my damages and drop my lawsuits against all parties. If , however , I am the victim of a single slanderous utterance , threat , frame job , plot , action , or attempt to manipulate people to cause me physical harm , from this moment , until the end of time , I will employ all legal remedies available to me to see that this matter is adjudicated In conclusion I must express my hope to one day read poetry authored by (Lady Lost) that expresses the gentler angels of our humanity instead of the chronic malignancy of disease , mental illness , abuse and self pity that have to date made up her writing.
