I regret to inform you that the alleged perpetrator continues to stalk this website and write emails of malicious slander against Lady Lost. The content of these emails have unfortunately changed very little. He continues in his efforts to silence Lady Lost while accusing her of crimes she has never committed. In his activities he appears to demand he be the only one permitted to speak freely while Lady Lost receives the disturbed patterns of his slander and other violations without comment or catharsis in regard to his incessant behaviors.
I may decide to make an effort to publish the police reports themselves to officially contradict these slanderous statements made by the alleged perpetrator. I am positive that should the police have held the alleged perpetrator's opinion of Lady Lost, they surely would have taken immediate legal action. The truth remains that the police did not take any action against Lady Lost.
Once again, within this email, the alleged perpetrator insists this site be revised; however, he fails to indicate how the site should be revised.
He again alludes to threats on his life in vague terms, failing to produce any portion of this site, which would provide identifying information. Moreover, he fails to produce any concrete information about the alleged yet impossible "death threat artist," or any other solid evidence regarding medical proof or other substantial proof beyond his own incorrect analysis of Lady Lost's poetry.
He continues to make reference to this poetry disregarding the fact that some of Lady Lost's past poetry is featured on this site along with some correct definition efforts.
In addition, he continues to state his wrongful interpretations of Lady Lost's past works, which were written in context with adult stressors. He proceeds in his altering of these works true context.
I assert that this individual, the alleged perpetrator, is committing acts of malicious slander. He has been informed of this truth many times by both this website and Lady Lost herself.
He denies or omits this information within his email communications. He refuses to present evidence of his claims as has always been his pattern. His threats to launch a lawsuit have been a repeated behavior during the past years time. Indeed he simply finds new reasons to comense with this lawsuit no matter what Lady Lost or others do or do not do to communicate with him, placate him or treat him fairly.
He has a history of not responding positively or differently to anything his victims or co-victims do in response to his behaviors. In light of this truth, in light of the many lawsuit emails he has sent for every reason "imaginable" "within his mind," it is amazing that he believes his victims or co-victims would see these current threats as something of a novel nature.
Indeed, it is the position of this site and all involved, that he would attempt continued stalking oriented activity, coercion and terrorism even if this site had never existed. He has amply proven this as his intent within the nearly two years of terrorist/stalking behaviors prior to this site's presence on the Internet.

Ludwick,
I am hereby notifiying you that when I file my suit against you and (Lady Lost) a good faith effort will be made to locate you and properly serve you with papers . If this fails you will be notified through the (State-Name) Republic Newspaper.
Although your site has very few interested readers , I am again requesting that in order to mitigate my damages , you immediately revise it. I must reiterate to you that you do not know both sides of this story and that the people who do, including the police, realize that (Lady Lost) is an unfit mother and dangerous woman who poisoned her son as an infant. The medical evidence is consistent with this statement , the police reports are consistent with this statement , witness statements are consistent with this statement, (Lady Lost) statements and actions are consistent with this statement and (Lady Lost's) poetry is consistent with this statement .
My case is comprehensive and will draw the jury inexorably to the conclusion that my accusations are true , as it already has the police , and that (Lady Lost)will stand as the quientessential wolf in sheeps clothing who received internal gratification by sadisticly inflicting great pain on her only son For the record you may want to examine (Lady Lost's) previous writings, paying particular notice to
1) Her obsession with blood
2) Her writings of doctors
3) Her writings of needles
4) Her writings of multiple personalities and insanity ( Written and copywrited before I ever met her )
5) Her writings of slander and lying .( Munchhausens is also known as ficticious disorder )
6) Her writings of poison
7) Her writings of child abuse
8) etc . ( These writings are a veritable blue print of Munchhausens by Proxy . )
You may also want to ask yourself why (Lady Lost) " hates " (Lady Lost's son's name) . This is forever on record with the police , delivered to them by (Lady Lost) herself , as is a great deal of other evidence supporting my claims . In conclusion , Ludwick , I am delivering my final warning that by aiding and abetting (Lady Lost) with this site you are acting and wrecklessly endangering my life in the process , and that the laws in this state and country give me recourse to protect myself and seek compensation for my damages .
