(Off the cuff Answers)
1) Do you have any exciting holiday plans? Not a chance! Not with the A-P (alleged perpetrator) lurking around, belly slithering, going after the Easy Pickens and co-victims and all those other things! We'll just have to stay right here, on alert, and guard the Fort, as is usual.
2) How does your family feel about this inability to attend family functions? They are extremely disappointed, even ticked off about it. However, there's nothing I can do to change the situation.
3) Do you feel your son is being robbed of these family activities? Absolutely yes.
4) Have you begun you Christmas shopping? Nope. There's no money this year, thanks in great part to the
A-P.
5) What does this mean to your son? I guess it means that he won't really get to have a Christmas. But then the A-P has done nearly everything in his power to hurt this child and ensure him as minimal a chance as possible to have any kind of normal life. (The child's name is not used for his own protection).
6) Have you seen any evidence of alleged perpetrator activity recently? Not lately no, but then I've been so busy, everyone involved has been so busy, that we'd probably miss any subtle signs. After awhile, as a victim in this specific situation, you get so used to being stalked that your perspective changes. Since the A-P is probably still stalking this website, I'll leave that last statement hanging without any further explanation.
7) After reviewing your, "Demand Letter," I have noticed that it contains some repetition of one particular point. Why was this? Well, when I wrote that demand letter it was somewhat of a freestyle expression and that point must have been on my mind more than some of the other points. This is not to say that the other points are less valid or less justifiable. My entire demand letter is exactly what would happen, it's the minimum of what would happen, if there was to be any justice in this situation. Perpetrators should be held responsible for what they do to people's lives and no one deserves to be stalked by a lunatic! Then there are a lot of co-victims in this situation to and they certainly deserve some serious retribution.
8) To clarify a point for our readers once again. In regards to the romantic poetry, do you currently have or wish to have a romantic relationship? No! There's no boyfriend sought or had. Absolutely nothing like that is happening.
9) Do the names used in the romantic poetry represent anyone special? No, they don't. And this is an important reality, with the site stalking situation as it stands! I may meet a male client, friend, co-worker, or acquaintance by one of those names or another name at some time in my life and he's not anyone these poems were written about! Thesedays, it's good to consider ways in which to prevent the creation of more innocent co-victims!
10) Did the publishing of your, "Demand Letter," on this website represent any kind of invitation for the alleged perpetrator to view this site or to contact you? No, it was allowed on the site because it's the reality, it's how I feel, it's how many others feel, it's what all the victims and co-victims believe in, and the A-P is already site stalking. Including my demand letter wouldn't effect the site stalking situation one way or the other.
11) Do you believe the alleged perpetrator will respond to the, "Demand Letter," at any time? No, probably not. He's not interested in reality nor is he interested in making anything right. Not that there's anything he could do to erase what he's already done, but still, he's not interested in making any amends for what he's done to so many. He went into this stalking as a revenge maneuver and he's probably extremely pleased with himself over it all. He's like any other true low-life. This is the simplicity of what he is.
