"The "Bad-man"

He is called --
The "Bad-man"
A simple label
All too descriptive
In hushed tones
The "Bad-man"
Is everywhere
He's very dangerous
Living in the hills
Sleeping in bushes
  The "Bad-man"
Is always trying --
  To get in
He's out at night
You can't see him
Till it's too late
Till it's too late
  He might be --
Lurking anywhere
You've got to --
  Watch out!
Keep the lights on
Keep the lights on
Don't go anywhere --
  By yourself!
And always listen --
  For every sound
And always look --
Into every shadow
"What was that?"
Noise outside
The "Bad-man?"

      "Silenced"

    Sometimes I think
      About scanning
      Those pictures
       My son drew
      Of the stalker
       Then I don't --
       Want to FEED
      His grandiosity
       Then I don't --
     Want to fertilize
       His sick mind
      Then I realize --
        My child IS
       Utterly silenced
        With no rights
          To speak
         In his words
       Which are pictures
        Then I realize --
        I'm silenced too
       Traversing limited
       Lines of expression.
