Those choices dance --
Before our eyes
Glittery & deceptive
What to be(s)?
What to do(s)?
What to chose
The long roads --
And the short roads
The paths of goodness
And the paths of evil
What to embrace --
And what to hold
Some things are always --
Easier than others
To remain a victim --
As I have done
For far too long
To remain --
A perpetrator
As he has done
The trouble with --
Revenge-Violations
Is that they never end
He will never escape
His self-determination
It will live onwards --
For generations
It will proceed --
As the thief
Of stolen potential
It erases gifts --
Which could have given;
To others in need
Such beautiful blessings
It murders hope --
For too many
For too many
Yet it looks appealing --
For the sickest predators
He can't reverse --
What he's done
And for the time --
He doesn't try
He chooses to suffer --
From his consumption's
Vendetta.
