My main character on World of Warcraft, Aliazus, a human priest, reached level 56 two days ago. I am so so happy. I am just 4 levels away from level 60. From then on, it wil be MC for me.

Right now Aliazus is a Shadow Priest but that will change when she hits 60 cos even as a Shadow Priest she does not deal as much DPS as say a Mage. And healing is good fun. You do have to concentrate hard cos its a big responsibily. Plus, when a group gets wipe some do tend to blame the healer which is not nice at all.

One time, when i was a low lvl 30++ I went to SM and we got wiped in front of the cathedral. And lo and behold, the hunter said "Some healer we have here. She did nothing." I thought it was so unfair cos at that time I was the first to die cos the hunter (who was the tank) didn't take argo.

Fortunately, that was the one and only nasty experience I had as a healer. I have since been with many groups into several instances. There were times when we got totally wiped but the ppl were nice enough not to just blame it on me.

One of my main weaknesses as a healer is that i tend to forget to monitor my on health bar cos would usually be so focused on healing the tank and DSP person. That is why I appreciate it if we have a second healer in the group, say a Druid or a Paladin.

Most of all, I love gaming with people I consider my friends. You feel a lot more relaxed and you actually chat as you game. So that is nice.
