Basically my blog will be filled with the things that preoccupy my mind at the moment of writing.
Towards a healthier eating habit.

While surfing the internet, I came across a few good tips on improving ones eating habit.

1. Eat three healthy meals and three healthy snacks a day.

2. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water. Keep some ice cold water on your desk in the office.

3. Take a few hours on Sunday to plan your meals for the week. If possible prepare your meals and snacks in microwaveable containers so that you can easily grab them and go during the week.

4. Keep a food journal to see what you've been eating and a diary to see what's been eating you. Cos sometimes your moods can dictate what you eat. So, maybe if you are feeling down ... you tend to eat more.
