मागे अडवाणींनी महंमद अली जिनांच्या मुद्यावर जो वैचारिक गोंधळ घातला तसाच गोंधळ आत्ता जसवंतसिंगांनी घातला. निरर्थक वादाला सुरुवात करायची एवढी हौस भाजपाला कशासाठी ? भारतातील डाव्या-उजव्या हिंदूंना आणि डाव्या मुसलमानांना बॅरिस्टर जिनांबद्दल काडीचंही आकर्षण नाही. भारतातल्या उजव्या गटातील हिंदूंनी नक्की काय करावं अशी भाजपाची अपेक्षा आहे ? बॅरिस्टर जिनांना महान नेता म्हटल्यावर उजव्या हिंदूंचं अस्तित्वच अर्थहीन होतं. सर्व उजव्या हिंदूंनी आपली ईश्वरवादी भूमिका सोडून atheism ची कास धरावी अशाच पद्धतीने भाजपा आपली ध्येयधोरणे आखत आहे. अशा आचरट पद्धतीने आपली ध्येयधोरणे आखून हिंदुत्वाचं भजं करण्यासाठीच भाजपाला आतरराष्ट्रीय समुदायाकडून निधी मिळत रहातो. युरोप आणि अमेरिकेसारख्या प्रगत पाश्चिमात्य देशात असलेलं निरीश्वरवादाचं प्राबल्य आणि मुस्लीम दहशतवादाबद्दलचा भयगंड हेच ह्यामागचं कारण असावं बहुधा...

सार्वत्रिक निवडणुकांमधे मिळालेल्या घवघवीत यशामुळे कॉन्ग्रेसच्या व्यासपीठावरून काहीही बरळलं तरी ते खपून जाईल असा अनेक कॉन्ग्रेस नेत्यांचा ग्रह झालेला दिसतो. उत्तरप्रदेश कॉन्ग्रेसमधील ब्राह्मणकुलोत्पन्न नेत्या श्रीमती रीता बहुगुणा जोशी ह्यांनी मुख्यमंत्री मायावतींच्या विरोधात आचरट विधान करून एकच गोंधळ उडवून दिला. उत्तरभारतात एकूणच शिक्षणाचा प्रसार कमी असल्यामुळे बेलगाम विधानं करणा-या राजकारण्यांचं तिथे अमाप पीक येतं. वरुण गांधींच्या मुद्यावरून भाजपाला कात्रीत पकडणा-या कॉन्ग्रेसची जोशीबाईंच्या विधानावरून तशीच कोंडी होत आहे. राहुल गांधींनी आपली बिनशर्त माफी मागावी असा आग्रह मायावतींनी धरला नाही हा त्यांच्या मनाचा मोठेपणा झाला. केवळ उत्तरप्रदेश कॉन्ग्रेसमधल्या टिनपॉट नेत्यांच्या माफी मागण्याने हा मुद्दा निकालात निघेल की नाही ते येत्या दोन दिवसात स्पष्ट होईलच...
Gay Rights & Racism
On 02 July 2009, Delhi HighCourt delivered a landmark judgement to amend section 377 of Indian Penal Code. This judgement decriminalises private consensual sex between adults of the same gender. With this, India becomes 127th country to take the guilt out of homosexuality.
Before analyzing this judgement, we must understand the conflict between Racists & centerists. Racism is basically the unholy nexus between Forward Racism upper cocks & Reverse Racism upper cocks. Opposite-sex marriage system, which is followed all over the world today, is a system promoted by racist camp. This marriage system churns out ridiculous terms like "redundant males" & "redundant females". Racist system has assumed a license to exploit these so called redundant human beings. In many regions, legitimate credit to these redundant persons is bluntly denied under various pretext. The absurd notion of the racist upper cocks regarding superiority of genes (Social Darwinism) is the basis for such denial. Gay lobby typically represents such redundant males. Ironically, Gay lobby has sufficiently high resources compared to other unprivileged redundant males. It simply means that racist system is willing to provide resources only to those redundant males who join Gay camp. For availing this credit, redundant males keep moving towrds homosexuality. Pushing unprivileged redundant males towards homosexuality is nothing but GENOCIDE in disguise because same-sex marriages cannot produce next generation. That's why many persons are against homosexuality.
By keeping all this in mind, we can welcome Delhi HighCourt's judgement as it upholds the principle of Freedom of Choice. Now Liberals can use this principle for promoting many issues.

खाजगी रुग्णालये
उशीरा का होईना पण शेवटी खाजगी रुग्णालये चालवणा-या मुर्दाड वैद्यकीय व्यावसायिकांच्या नाकात वेसण घालण्याचं काम सुरू झालं. आर्थिकदृष्टया दुर्बल रुग्णांवर उपचार न केल्यास अशा खाजगी व्यावसायिकांवर दंडात्मक कारवाई करण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा करणारं विधेयक ह्या अधिवेशनात मांडलं जाणार आहे. गरीब रुग्णाची व्याख्या करतांना चलनफुगवटा आणि महागाई ह्यांचाही विचार व्हायला हवा. एकीकडे अडीच लाखाचं वार्षिक उत्पन असणा-यांना प्राप्तीकरातून सूट मिळत असतांना गरीबी रेषा मात्र पूर्वीइतकीच ठेवायची हा दांभिकपणा झाला. त्यामुळे "गरीब रुग्ण" हा शब्दप्रयोग न करता वार्षिक पन्नासहजार रुपयांच्याखाली ज्यांचं उत्पन्न आहे अशा सर्व रुग्णांवर फुकट अथवा नाममात्र दरात उपचार व्हायला हवेत. त्यातही सर्वाधिक गरीब रुग्णाला प्राथमिकता मिळेल अशी तरतूद करायला हवी.
प्रस्थापित व्यावसायिकांना वाचवण्यासाठी चॅरिटेबल ट्रस्टच्या रुग्णालयांवरच कारवाई करण्याची भाषा आता सुरू झाली आहे. खरंतर केवळ खाजगी ट्रस्टची रुग्णालयेच आपलं काम ब-यापैकी प्रामाणिकपणे करत आहेत. इतर खाजगी व्यावसायिकांवरच बंधनं घालण्याची जास्त गरज आहे. त्याचबरोबर एक्स रे मशीन्स सारखी तपासणी यंत्रे ताब्यात असणा-या खाजगी व्यावसायिकांवरही अशी बंधनं घालायला हवीत.

Pakistan Blasts & Arms Race
We strongly condemn yesterday's mindless terror attack in Lahore. "Frequent bomb blasts" is a typical characteristic of Russia based system. Bomb-blasts have become a routine in Moscow. Pakistani policy makers - blinded by their anti India stand - are clearly drifting towards mediocre Russian-atheists. Now the talk is on regarding India's ACTIVE participation in Pakistan's fight against terror. That's silly. We can give plenty of moral support to Pakistan in its fight against terrorism, but active participation will simply give rise to arms-race in the Indian subcontinent. In reality, the problem of terrorism is being blown out of proportion. What do these Muslim fundamentalists think of themselves ? If they think that only their circumcised dildos are the strongest dildos in this world, then they are living in the fools' paradise. Apart from stage managing such Lahore type blasts through media, these pseudo-theists can do NOTHING.

निवडणूक-२००९ आणि हिन्दुद्वेष
UPA च्या २६० पैकी १९८ जागा मिळवून कॉन्ग्रेसने नेत्रदीपक विजय मिळवला. एवढं घवघवीत यश मिळाल्यावर कॉन्ग्रेसला आता कोणाच्याच नाकदु-या काढायची गरज उरलेली नाही. म्हणजेच आता केंद्रामधे non-BJP, non-Marxist, non-SP, non-BSP, non-RJD सरकार स्थापन होण्याचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे !!! "सेतुसमुद्रम" Project ला मान्यता देणा-या भाजपासारख्या pseudo-Theist पक्षाचा पोपट झाला हे चांगलंच झालं आणि हिन्दुवाच्या विरोधात सदैव शंख करत रहाणा-या सेक्युलरवाद्यांवरही भाजपाच्याच बरोबर विरोधी पक्षात बसण्याची वेळ आली हे तर अतीउत्तम झालं. कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत भाजपाला सत्तेत येऊ देणार नाही असा धोशा लावणा-या सेक्युलरवाल्यांना आता दिवाळी साजरी करायला हरकत नाही...
मुस्लीम तुष्टीकरणाच्या मुद्यावर कॉन्ग्रेसपेक्षाही दहा पावले पुढेच असलेल्या लालू प्रसाद यादवाला मतदारांनी त्याची जागा दाखवून दिली. वरूण गांधींवर रोलर चालवण्याची भाषा करणा-या ह्या बिहारी विदूषकाला आता म्हशीचं दूध काढत बसण्यापलिकडे काहीही काम उरलेलं नाही. हिन्दुद्वेषाची कावीळ झालेल्या डाव्यांनाही केवळ २५-३० जागांवरच समाधान मानावे लागले आहे. ओट्टावियो क्वात्रोची हा कॉन्ग्रेससाठी परत एकदा Lucky ठरला आहे. २००४ सालीसुद्धा सार्वत्रिक निवडणुका तोंडावर असतांना क्वात्रोची विरोधी भूमिका घेतल्याने भाजपाचा पराभव झाला होता. २७ नोव्हेंबरच्या मुंबईवरील तथाकथित दहशतवादी हल्ल्याचं भांडवल करण्याचा भाजपाचा कुटील डाव सूज्ञ मतदारांनी हाणून पाडला. दांभिक भाजपाची दहशतवादविरोधी मतलबी भूमिका भारतीय मतदारांनी पूर्णतया नाकारलेली आहे.

System Change in Pakistan
Pseudo-Talibans (left wing Pakistanis) from Buner region are pushing Pakistan towards a bipolar country. Ironically, pure-Talibans (right wing Pakistanis) also appear to be hand-in-gloves with pseudo-Talibans. Together, they are working hard to destabilize the main-stream Pakistan government. Tough military action against agitators is not a viable option. Both the groups are now using refugees for pushing their agenda. This is sort of a new-age Imperialism or Zombies culture.
Does it mean that Pakistan is on the verge of disintegration ? NO. What looks like anarchy in Pakistan is actually the beginning of a systemic change in Pakistan. So far, Pakistan had implemented state controlled economy & now it wants to move towards Market driven economy. owever, India & Pakistan are of opposite polarity. That means Indian state controlled economy is in phase with Pakistan's market driven economy whereas Indian market driven economy is in phase with Pakistan's state controlled economy. The analysis can be extended to any country having democratic form of government. Then what is Global market driven economy ? There's no unified definition for that. Terminologies get mixed up. Sometimes one source of fund is used for promoting Indian market economy & Pakistan state economy whereas the remaining source of fund is used for promoting Indian state economy & Pakistan market economy. At some other time, a different combination takes place. Unless we use some absolute reference, analyzing systemic changes will be tedious in this dynamic world. The 16th chapter of Bhagavadgeeta (दैवासुरसंपद्विभागयोग) throws some light upon these two sources of funds.

नेपाळच्या पंतप्रधानांची 'प्रचंड'गिरी त्यांच्याच अंगलटीस आली आणि शेवटी त्यांना सत्तेतून पायउतार व्हायला लागलं. स्थूलमानाने नेपाळची तीन गटांमधे विभागणी करता येते --
१. उजवे मार्क्सवादी (राजा ग्यानेंद्र गट)
२. उजवे साम्यवादी
३. डावे माओवादी
वरकरणी माओवादी सरकारचे पंतप्रधान म्हणून काम पहाणा-या प्रचंड ह्यांना त्यांची उजव्या बाजूला झुकायची खाज नडली. पूर्वाश्रमीच्या माओवादी बंडखोरांची परत सैन्यात भरती करून एकूण माओवाद्यांना बदनाम करण्याचा प्रचंड ह्यांचा पंचमस्तंभी डाव जागरुक माओवाद्यांनी वेळीच हाणून पाडला. जाता जाता भारताच्या नथीतून तीर मारण्याचाही प्रयत्न प्रचंड ह्यांनी करून पाहिला पण एकूणच मार्क्सवाद्यांची आणि विशेषतः उजव्या मार्क्सवाद्यांची विश्वासार्हता पार रसातळाला गेलेली असल्यामुळे त्यांच्या प्रयत्नांना यश आलं नाही. भारताचं परराष्ट्र मंत्रालय ह्यातून योग्य तो बोध घेईल अशी आशा करूया.

Maharashtra Election : Secularists got a severe blow in Loksabha elections in Maharashtra. They wanted to stab Maharashtra congress on one hand & on the other and they wanted to to give a blow to national BJP. Their game-plan regarding Maharashtra has flopped miserably. However, senile BJP is ensuring that secularist game-plan regarding national BJP becomes a reality. BJP is obviously an expert in converting advantage into disadvantage. Excluding hypocritic Marxists, nobody really thinks that Ottavio Quatrochi deserves any punishment. But BJP morons are unnecessarily exhibiting undue enthusiasm while speaking against Quatrochi.
Third front could form an 18 month government only once & that too by making fuss about Bofors issue! There is no iota of evidence against Quatrochi. Bofors issue cropped up in 1989 & a charge-sheet against Quatrochi was filed in 2004 by an outgoing BJP government. At that time also, BJP actually fooled itself in Malasia when it failed to produce the necessary documents against Quatrochi.

After M. Karunanidhi's declaration that Prabakaran is his best friend, now it is J. JayaLalita's turn to join the Prabhakaran extolment spree. She stopped just short of calling that vagabond Prabhakaran as a freedom-fighter. All this simply shows that Indian left-wing has lost the sense of good & bad. Left wingers' inability to differentiate between good-left & bad-left is prompting tem to mistake Lycanes for Mothers !
To be in line with this absurd left-bias, India's great great Apex Court has once again started dancing to the tune of third-class leftists. The Supreme Court, which failed to maintain its dignity during agitation of pro-LTTE lawyers from Chennai HighCourt, has issued a notice to Narendra Modi just when general elections are going on. Of course, there's no point in justifying Modi sponsored riots. When case against Modi comes for the hearing, Truth will anyhow emerge. But we should NOT resort to the selective usage of government machinery for silencing the opponents of Left-wing feudal system only!

कशाच्या आधारावर भाजपावाले स्वतःला (की स्वतःचा) ताठ समजतात ? दहा वर्षांपूर्वी ३ पाकिस्तानी दहशतवाद्यांना जसवंतसिंग नामक बिनपगडीच्या पंजाब्याने कंदाहारला नेऊन सोडले. त्यावेळेस भाजपातली ही ताठ मंडळी कुठे चिपळ्या वाजवत बसली होती ? भाजपासाठी तर्कशुद्ध पाया रचण्याची जबाबदारी ज्यांच्यावर आहे अशा मोजक्या लोकांपैकी एक म्हणजे यशवंत सिन्हा, असं आम्ही समजत होतो. पण IC 814 च्या मुद्यावर टीव्ही चॅनेलवरून यशवंतभाऊंनी केलेलं वक्तव्य ऐकलं तेव्हां आम्ही धन्य झालो. दहशतवाद्यांना सोडून देण्याचं समर्थन करतांना सिन्हांनी विचारलं, "विमानातील अतिरेक्यांच्या तावडीत असलेल्या १६६ प्रवाशांना तसंच मरू द्यायचं होतं का काय ?" हा आचरट प्रश्न विचारतांना यशवंतभाऊंना मुंबईतील "ताज हॉटेल" मधल्या commandos कारवाईचा सोयीस्कर विसर पडलेला दिसतो. केंद्रात आणि महाराष्ट्रात कॉन्ग्रेसचं सरकार असल्यामुळेच ही कारवाई करण्याचा निर्णय घेता आला. पुचाट भाजपा सत्तेत असता तर अतिरेक्यांबरोबर केवळ चर्चेचं गु-हाळ सुरू झालं असतं. स्वतः बेंबटयासारखं वागून दहशतवाद्यांचे हात बळकट करायचे आणि नंतर "मनमोहनसिंग हे मवाळ पंतप्रधान आहेत" असं तुणतुणं वाजवत बसायचं ह्या भगवेगिरीलाच भाजपावाले ताठपणा म्हणत असावेत.
जे करायला पाहिजे ते भाजपाने केलं असतं तर आणखी काय पाहिजे होतं ?
मालेगांव स्फोटांसंबंधात बिनबुडाचं वक्तव्य करून शरदरावजी पवारजींनी एवढा LollyPop दिला. भाजपाने काय केलं ? काहीही नाही.....
वरूण गांधींच्या बाबतीत रेल्वेमंत्र्याने अकलेचे तारे तोडले. भाजपाने काय केलं ? काहीही नाही..... प्रज्ञासिंग आणि दयानंद पांडेवर बिनबुडाचे आरोप ठेऊन तुरुंगात टाकलं. भाजपाने काय केलं ? काहीही नाही.
स्वतःला हिंदुत्वाचे whole & sole defenders समजणारे भाजपावाले म्हणजे नैष्कर्म्यसिद्धीला सोकावलेल्या महामठ्ठ वयोवृद्धांचा गोतावळा आहे. विदेशी बाटल्यांमधलं तीर्थ झोकून स्वतःला तीर्थरूप समजणा-या ह्या खुळसटांवर अवलंबून रहाण्याइतका हिंदू धर्म लेचापेचा नाही...
अर्थात ह्या सगळ्यामधे बिच्चा-या लोहपुरुषाला नावं ठेवण्यात अर्थ नाही. दहशतवाद्यांना सोडून देण्याच्या निर्णयाबद्दल अडवाणींना मुळी काही ठाऊकच नव्हतं. ताठ लोहपुरुषाला विश्वासात न घेताच भाजपाने परस्पर हा उद्योग केला त्याला अडवाणी काय करणार ?

Brand name "Taliban"
Is there any parallel between LTTE in SriLanka & Talibans in Pakistan ? As on today, the answer is NO. This is because of the commendable restraint exhibited by Pakistan government and Talibans. Had similar restraint been exhibited by Sinhalese government & Prabhakaran, the SriLankan crisis wouldn't have escalated at all.
Yesterday's Buner takeover seems to have been carried out by pseudo-Talibans whose sole aim is to create tensions between Pakistan government and Taliban government of Swat valley. We should NOT forget that the present government in Swat valley is in line with the aspirations of local majority-population of Swat valley and main stream Pakistan government doesn't have any objection to this arrangement. Then why should EXTERNAL elements expect these two sections of Pakistan (i.e., main-stream Pakistan & Swat valley Taliban) to fight against each other ? These EXTERNAL elements seem to be part of a monster that thrives on conflicts & discords all across the world !

LTTE Prattle
What should we say about DMK leader M. Karunanidhi's remark that Prabhakaran is his best friend ? As a person grows old, he develops an urge to project himself as warrior or gladiator. That is very much true about M. Karunanidhi & Prabhakaran as well.
LTTE has lost its firepower long back. On 19th February 2009, LTTE's stupidity was exposed when media gave wide publicity to Prabhakaran's childish claims about "attack on Colombo". Even the kindergarten kids from SriLanka do not take Prabhakaran seriously. Even then, Indian government is unable to take any action against south Indian moron M. Karunanidhi. SriLankan government's hypocrisy also is responsible for it. SriLankan government has never ever projected India as a country which promotes cross-border terrorism through LTTE. Had SriLankan government done that, things would have been difficult for M. Karunanidhi. But the fact is SriLankan government is interested more in promoting LTTE story than providing resources for Tamil population in SriLanka. In other words, childish Prabhakaran costs less than SriLankan Tamils !!!

न्यायसंस्थेतील पोरीबाळी
शेवटी अजमल कसाबचं वकीलपत्र घेण्याचा परक-या पोरींचा थिल्लरपणा उच्च न्यायालयाला मान्य झाला नाही. गेले तीन चार आठवडे प्रसारमाध्यमांपुढे उगाचच नाचरेपणा करणा-या अंजली वाघमारे नामक वकीलीणबाई व्यावसायिक नीतिमत्तेचं पालन करण्यात कमी पडल्या असा ठपका ठेऊन उच्च न्यायालयाने त्यांचं वकीलपत्र रद्द केलं. एकूणच ह्या सर्व गोंधळात वेळ नुसताच वाया गेला. सगळ्या गोष्टी परत होत्या तिथेच आहेत.
अजमल कसाब हा भारताचा नागरिक नसल्याने इतर सामान्य गुन्हेगारांप्रमाणे बचावाची संधी न देता त्याला देशाचा शत्रू मानून त्याच्यावर थेट दंडात्मक कारवाई करावी असं काही गटांना वाटतं. ह्या गटांच्या मते कसाबकडे बचावाचा कसलाही मुद्दा असू शकत नाही. दहशतवाद्यांबद्दल त्याच्याकडून शक्य तेवढी सर्व माहिती मिळवून झाली आहे. त्यामुळे "आता खटल्याचं गु-हाळ चालवून काहीही निष्पन्न होणार नाही" असा ह्या गटांचा दावा आहे. देशाच्या सार्वभौमतेला आव्हान देणा-या कसाबसंबंधातील तपासयंत्रणांचे सर्व अहवाल न्यायालयापुढे सादर करावेत आणि त्या अहवालांच्या आधारे कसाबला एकदाच फासावर चढवायचं की दहा वेळा ते न्यायालयाने ठरवावं ! आपल्या सध्याच्या न्यायव्यवस्थेत अशी पद्धत नसेल तर विशेष कायदा संमत करावा लागेल. असा विशेष कायदा पारित करण्यावर कोणाचा आक्षेप आहे का ? कोणाचाच आक्षेप नसेल तर येत्या निवडणुकांनंतर स्थापन होणा-या नवीन सरकारपुढे हेच पहिलं काम असेल. सर्व राजकीय पक्षांनी ह्या बाबतीत आपापल्या भूमिका निवडणुकांपूर्वीच स्पष्ट कराव्यात.
