Salt, chilly & spices act as apetizers. Use them judiciously. Overuse or underuse of these ingredients disturbs the metabolism. Disturbed metabolism (Overeating, starvation or malnutrition) reduces our sex-drive.       Deep breathing should be exercised if you've had a heavy spell of Chinese food. (Of course balanced approach suggests that you should not have a heavy spell of Chinese food !)       Vegetarians should use edible oils liberally. 100 to 125 gms of oil per day per person is a must. Non-vegetarians get plenty of animal-fats through meat. So non-vegetarians should restrict edible oil intake to 55 gms per day per person.       Leafy vegetables mainly consist of cellulose. If digested properly, cellulose gets converted into protein & amino acids. Cows, Buffallos, Bulls or deers have plenty of fat on their body & all they eat is grass and leaves only. All the nutrients required by our body can be obtained by proper synthesis of amino acids derived from leafy vegetables. So boil these vegetables thoroughly in a cooker with tight lid. Too much of fibrous matter should NOT be present in the prepared eatable. Fry the boiled vegetables with sufficient quantity of oil. Oil will get hydrolised & fried vegetables will soften further.       Milk is NOT as wholesome food as publicised. If monthly budget is a constraint, then cut-off milk and increase the use of edible oil. |
