Those familiar with Stock Market must have heard about "Price to Earning Ratio" or PE Ratio. Two shares having same Earnings may have drastically different Market Prices. For one share, the PE Ratio can be very low whereas for the other share, the PE Ratio may be very large. There's no simple theory which can provide complete explaination about different PE Ratios for different shares. Market Sentiment plays an important role here. Exactly on the similar lines, different Celebrities (or Public Figures like politicians) can be compared by using "CelebrityValue to Credibility Ratio" or CC Ratio. CelebrityValue can be increased through media-publicity. If handled incorrectly, publicity efforts do not always result ino increased CelebriyValue. Bad publicity may bring down CelebrityValue even though celebrity's performance is not so bad. It is not easy to explain why people prefer one celebrity & reject another. The following list gives CC Ratios for different celebrities. Low CC Ratios imply greater possibilty for improvement in CelebrityValue. |

Barack Hussein Obama II (born August 4, 1961) is the 44th and current President of the United States. He is the first African American to hold the office. Obama was the junior United States Senator from Illinois from January 2005 until November 2008, when he resigned following his election to the presidency.
Obama is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School. He began his run for the presidency in February 2007. After a close campaign in the 2008 Democratic Party presidential primaries against Hillary Rodham Clinton, he won his party's nomination, becoming the first major party African American candidate for president. In the 2008 general election, he defeated Republican candidate John McCain and was inaugurated as president on January 20, 2009.

Richard Charles Albert Holbrooke (born April 24, 1941), Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan under the Obama administration, is a top-ranking American diplomat, magazine editor, author, professor, Peace Corps official, and investment banker. He is also the only person to have held the Assistant Secretary of State position for two different regions of the world (Asia from 1977 to 1981, and Europe from 1994 to 1996).
From 1993 to 1994, he was U.S. Ambassador to Germany.
