UFOs
The Scientific Evidence

"If you shut up truth and bury it under the ground, it will but grow, and gather to itself such explosive power that the day it bursts through, it will blow up everything in its way."
Emile Zola, French novelist

UFOs have been with us for as long as humans can remember.

In prehistoric times, humans probably drew pictures on rocks and cave walls of strange objects they saw in the sky (1). When languages became a way of life, these pictures were augmented by more verbal descriptions which included such terms as 'coloured globes', 'fiery lights', 'flying shields', and 'chariots of fire', to name a few.

Today, the term 'flying saucers' has become synonymous with a number of the more unusual sightings including those symmetrical metallic daylight disks and the nocturnal glowing variety.

Despite the colourful descriptions we may bestow on these mysterious objects, scientifically they should all be categorised as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) until a more suitable explanation is found for all of them.

The 20th century scientific views on UFOs
Dr J. W. Warwick, American space expert at the University of Colorado, USA, said:

'Popular ideas about flying saucers have no basis in scientific fact. I have often spoken to observers of flying saucers and in most cases we can explain the sightings as weather balloons, natural phenomena or bright planets seen through atmospheric turbulence.

'I am convinced all would be explained away if we had enough details of each sighting.' (2)

Professor Herman Oberth of Germany, a famous scientist who worked on rocket development with the Army Ballistic Missile Agency in the late 1950s and afterwards joined NASA at the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, said:
'I have examined all the arguments supporting and denying the existence of flying saucers, and it is my conclusion that UFOs do exist, are very real and are spaceships from another or more than one other solar system. They are possibly manned by intelligent observers who are members of a race which has been conducting long-range scientific investigations of our Earth for centuries.' (3)

So are UFOs natural or alien?

In 1969, the University of Colorado conducted a study on UFOs on behalf of the US government and military. Under the auspicious eyes of the study's prime research leader and nuclear physicist Dr Edward U. Condon, the Condon Report concluded by saying the study of UFOs will probably not advance science. In essence, the scientific community should ignore UFOs.

The 21th century scientific view on UFOs
Now an Australian researcher has made an amazing new scientific discovery that will change forever how we look at UFOs. It concerns the remaining 2 or 3 percent of "unexplained" UFO reports. It involves the discovery of a hidden electromagnetic technology in the UFO reports and the realisation there is something to advance science.

Is there an electromagnetic technology to be found in the UFO reports?
As the late Captain Edward J. Ruppelt, former head of Project Blue Book in the United States between 1952 and 1953, said after the 1957 wave of UFO reports had swept through his country:

'During my tenure with Project Blue Book we had reports of radiation and induction fields in connection with UFOs, however the information was sketchy and we were never able to pin it down....[The reports of electromagnetic disturbances characterised] a whole new dimension to the UFO investigation.' (4)

Senior radio engineer who worked for the Department of Transport in Ottawa by the name of Dr Wilbert Brockhouse Smith (1910-1962) also believed from his government-funded study into UFOs that there was a link between UFOs and electromagnetism.

Now the work has been completed and, for the first time, an Australian researcher has uncovered the secret Smith, Ruppelt and others had been looking for.

Truman and John F. Kennedy, National Security Agency, US Army, USAF, US Department of Defence, and all available original documents for Project Sign, Project Grudge and Project Blue Book and more.
  • Rare original documents relating to NICAP, the world's first civilian UFO organisation, the Canadian UFO study known as Project Magnet, discussions in US government circles of a crashed disk in New Mexico, and insights into the EM effects associated with UFOs.
  • The full original text for the 1969 University of Colorado report headed by Dr Edward Condon, including the leaked memorandum which set the tone and conclusion for the report.
