Dear Cricketers,

The 2005/2006 season begins on 17th September – something I am sure you are all looking forward to.

All the details about the coming season and playing with Summer Hill are contained in the info sheet . In it you will also find information about our two warm up and sign-on weekends. If you have any friends who would like to play and who have not played with Summer Hill before, then bring them along.

Registration Instructions

1. Print out the Registration Form.
2. Complete all name, address and DOB details including preferred contact email address if you have one.
3. Indicate how you would like to assist the Club and/or your child's team during the coming season.
4. Sign the parent/guardian authorisation.
5. Enclose copy of Birth Certificate or other proof of age.
6. Sign a " Prohibited Employment Declaration " if you have not already done so.
7. Return completed form (before 31st August) to:

The teams will be sorted about 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition and you will be contacted by your team manager in time for the first pratice session or game.

Payment Options

There are several payment options available

• Payment by cheque or money order - please enclose with your Registration and other documents and write name of child(ren) on back of cheque or money order


• You can pay in cash on one of the two sign-on days


• You can also pay via direct inter-bank transfer. The account details are:

If paying by this method please be sure to identify the name of the child(ren) being registered so it appears on the Bank statement and the Club can identify your deposit .
