順時針旋轉曲軸將TDC記號對到正時皮帶後蓋的記號點

Adjust At fastening bolt of toothed belt drive gear, turn crankshaft in engine rotational direction to just before TDC mark (3). Notches on camshaft pulleys (1) are just in front of marks (2) on rear toothed belt cover.

|
Install Bolt KM-800-10 (1) to toothed belt drive gear with knurled bolt (3). Turn crankshaft further in engine rotational direction until lever (5) contacts coolant pump flange. Press movable lever (2) of KM-800-10 onto flattening of coolant pump flange and tighten knurled bolt (4). Note:
The crankshaft is now locked in the TDC position. |

我的V6只有246缸的排氣正時是正確的,其餘都跑掉了

原廠工具是一定要的,共有五件

|
將正時皮帶張力器螺絲放鬆,用5mm六角L型工具順時針旋轉放鬆
|
Inspect Marks (2) on camshaft pulleys align with notches (1) on rear toothed belt cover. In addition, check that the relation between camshaft pulley/camshaft matches. The digits on the camshaft pulleys are immediately beside the notch marks. 1

|
皮帶張力器放鬆才可將皮帶取出

|
這是我跑六萬公里的正時皮帶,表面GM的料號還看得見
|
I: Place Test Gauge KM-800-20 (3) on camshaft pulleys "3" and "4". Marks (1) on camshaft pulleys must align exactly with marks (2) on Test Gauge KM-800-20 (3). If the marks do not align with the Test Gauge KM-800-20 (3), the timing must be adjusted – see operation "Timing, Adjust". II: Place Test Gauge KM-800-20 (3) on camshaft pulleys "1" and "2". Marks
(1) on camshaft pulleys must align exactly with marks (2) on Test Gauge
KM-800-20 (3). If the marks do not align with the Test Gauge KM-800-20
(3), the timing must be adjusted – see operation "Timing, Adjust"
and "Timing, Adjust (modified toothed belt drive)". |

下方是跑六萬公里的惰輪組,兩個小惰輪培林有很明顯的油漬跑出來

|
這惰輪幾乎所有V6引擎都會如此
|
|||||||
|
這張力器的狀況似乎還不錯,沒有油漬實在出乎我意料
|
|||||||
|
135缸原本進排氣正時都不對,所以固定工具無法裝上,皮帶取下
|
|||||||
|
將新惰輪裝上,有三顆螺絲
|
|||||||
|
將新皮帶裝上去,皮帶安裝有一定的順序,由惰輪組的英文代碼來
|
|||||||
|
皮帶裝好後要做調整工作,每個惰輪都要調整且有一定的順序,
第一次調整完惰輪後將曲軸順時針轉720度,將檢查工具先裝上246缸
|
|||||||
| 246缸檢查完後,將檢查工具裝上135缸檢查正時記號,此時可看到 跑了一齒了,此時要調整小惰輪,因為小惰輪在皮帶剛裝上時是 未鎖緊的,目的就是等調整及檢查後再鎖緊,扭力值是40NM,最後 再調整張力器,張力器調好後再轉720度, |
