Alright. Glad to see some of you came to this part of my site.
This is where I will post the answers to the internet quizzes that I do. Some will be the kind you get in an email. Only a couple though. You have characteristics of both Pitta and Kapha doshas. According to Ayurveda, Pitta-Kaphas tend to be both steady and fair, which makes them great confidantes and much in demand among friends and family. They give great advice, and are usually deft mediators when problems arise. They are at once less prone to anger than pure Pittas, and more active than the super chill Kaphas. However, there can be a tendency toward Kapha self-satisfaction and Pitta pride. Pitta-Kapha types do not get anxious easily and usually manage to express their anger without lashing out at loved ones. (Every so often, though, they may give in to the Pitta tendency to anger and explode.)
