Sublime World

 

Man has been always seeking happiness. Sooner or later he discovers that beyond the material pursuits, there are sublime levels of happiness.

 

The word sublime is related with things of very great excellence or beauty like "Mozart's sublime piano concertos". This word has many synonyms: exalted, elevated, noble, lofty, awe-inspiring, awesome, majestic, magnificent, imposing, glorious, supreme,

 

By sublime we here mean a thing of subtle state of consciousness, in which pleasure is not an objective of achievement, although it may be present as a by-product. This state comes when trying to understand the facts as they are, without a choice. This can however can lead one also to perceive painful facts sensations

 

The subtlety of this word's meaning is lost when there is a larger than life image about some elevated object, or if there is any struggle and deliberation is involved.

The motivation to learn, perceive, listen choicelessly is involved when a sublime state of mind is present.
