Bishop William Murphy, the main target of our campaign, will be inviting hundreds, if not thousands, of young kids to Huntington on Saturday, August 21st, in order to celebrate Christ.
The Bishop has been doing a lot of publicity stunts lately, such as celebrating the 75th anniversary of a church in Copiage, in order to make himself look good against all the criticism the media and his church colleages have been giving him for protecting abusive priests. He was on the front page of the Long Island Press that came out last weekend, Saturday the 14th. In it detailed the Bishop's protecting of priests whose acts would disgust anyone. The article explains how one priest ejaculated on a boys chest, would then wipe it off with a rag, sniff it, and exclaim "Manna from heaven!" There was also mention of another priest forcing a boy to bend his nipples with pliers.
Bishop Murphy, these are the people you protect, it was you, not your superior with the same name. Bad excuse, we see through your lies. You will resign soon, because we are just beginning to turn up the heat!!! Youth Festival 2004
Please contact the Seminary of the immaculate Conception (where the Youth Fest is being held) and tell them that you are worried that kids might be raped if Bishop Murhpy is around them. Ask them to cancel it, and tell them about Bishop William Murphy:
