Sorry about the lack of an update on the web site regarding Lake Betsy....unfortunately we remain in a waiting situation while the DEP reviews the preliminary engineering plans.  Our engineers received some suggested changes last week from the DEP and we're hopeful that the pace of progress picks up soon so we can move to actual full permitted status.  In short, we remain at the mercy of DEP approval.  Meanwhile, our fundraising and pledge amounts continue and we have made progress as shown on the chart posted at the public/beach area.
