TITLE: The Business Proposal / Concept

We wish to invest in a suitable economy outside Sweden i.e. Europe, North America, South America, Asia and the Middle East. We are interested in potential Companies or Private Businesses with rapid growth and good financial background. The investment will focus on the real estate sector. Stockholm Sweden Real Estate Ltd. is approving $130,000,000 USD to launch the project. This funding will provide operating capital that will sustain the organization/private business until it reaches positive cash flow which is projected to be within 12 months of start-up.

Our responsibility will be to provide funds and professional advise on how to run and manage the investment. The project will be awarded only to qualified applicants (Companies or Private Businesses) and 50% of the approved investment start-up capital ($65,000.000) will be made available by Stockholm Sweden Real Estate Ltd. within 2-6 weeks of acceptance. The balance 50% will be made available after 1 year of operation.
