I knew I would have a trip I would never forget
Even after travelling many miles
I was all blushes and smiles
You taught me how to look on the brighter side of life
And you showed me like you promised, the time of my life
You are my new best friend
Our friendship will never come to an end
You made me blush and smile more than I have ever done before
I did it so much my cheeks were and still are sore
We got as close as friends can do
Michelle my friend, I miss you and I love you
You were there to talk to
And keep me from feeling blue
You took me on the pier where we could see my home, "The Rock"
And you took me to the Cafe of Hard Rock
It was a place in which I had visited only in dreams before
I was like a kid in a candy store
We talked one night until almost three
I was close to crying, I hope that is something you couldn't see
I want to move there and spend some time with you
I feel there is a connection because us which I never knew
One day we will be roomates
That is if somehow I can move to the States
We would have so fun together
And it will last forever
This poem was written about the great time I had in California with my great friend Michelle. She showed me the time of my life and I owe her a million for that.
