I hopped on a plane and my dream came true
Our eyes met and it was such a dreamy sight
In her eyes I could see the heavenly light
It was pure joy to see
My special jewel standing right in front of me
For this moment we had waited a long time
The expenses of this trip were worth every dime
Now I know heaven is something you can touch
That weekend I touched it very much
We fell in love more when we talked
And fireworks went off everytime our lips locked
We slept in each others arms
I was embraced by her charms
Every moment together was to die for
I kept going for more and more
Unfortunately it was time to go
I didn't want to for I loved her so
But she had school to attend
And I had to go visit my best friend
When I left we cried and cried
And parts of us died inside
But love will help us stay together
And be in love with each other forever
This poem was written when I hopped on a plane and spent a heaven filled weekend with my girlfriend.
