Upper Crust Bakery was looking for a logo that had a French feel to it and showcased that they use fresh ingredients. I added the wheat imagery to the side of the circle to show that they create baked goods like bread using fresh ingredients. I used a handwritten font to give the logo look that these are recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. I also chose a serif font to go with the older style look.
