The Altar

Your Altar should face North, some face East.

You should have on your Altar:
-A Representation of the Goddess and God
--Usually a candle or a statue--
---Green, White, or Silver - Goddess---
---Red, Yellow, or Gold - God----

-Tools Sacred to Them:

Goddess (on the left)
The Cup
The Bell
The Pentacle
A Crystal
The Cauldron

God (on the right)
The Athame
The Wand
The Censer
The White-Handled Knife

-Symbols of the Four Elements:

Water - West - Represented by a bowl of water or a blue candle
Air - East - Represented by incense or a yellow candle
Earth - North - Represented by soil, rocks, or a green candle
Fire - South - Represented by fire, anything of heat, or a red candle

-Any other items required for the spell or ritual must be at the Altar when the circle is cast, otherwise you must open the circle then recast it.
