Algorian Mammoth

A large woolly mammal averaging 5 meters in height and easily weighing over 4000 KG. Very similar to the Wolly Mammoth of EARTH's prehistoric era, the Algorian Mammoth does have one clear distinction, that of not possessing any tusks.
Alvanian Cave Sloth
Although quite large, the Alvenian Cave Sloth is a completely harmless creature even when encountered awake due to its excessively slow movement rate and gentle disposition.Origin: ALVANIA V
Cave dwelling creature known for being spending more than three-quarters of its life in a state of deep sleep from which it cannot be awaken.
Beneriam Hawk

A predatory ornithoid life-form said to be exceptionally rapid and agile in flight and able to locate a potential prey at a distance reaching beyond several kilometers.
Caldorian Eel
Origin: CALDOR IV
Marine invertabrate lifeform that can reach lengths of up to four metres. Although appearing quite ferocious, the Caldorian Eel is completely vegeterian and can easily be kept as a pet.
Cardassian Vole
Origin: CARDASSIA PRIME
Cardassian Voles are in average 25cm long, have little hair on their bodies, and are generally regarded as pests. They have six legs and are attracted to energy fields. Although illegal, it is possible to train Cardassian Voles to fight, and there is apparently a market for their bellies. Non Cardassians tend to look upon these creatures as pests.
Carnivorous Rastipod

A two-legged reptilian predatory animal reknowned for its lack of grace and clumsiness causing it to often trip while chancing its preys, allowing them to escape with much greater ease.
Ceti Eel
Ceti Eels incubate their larvae within the plates of their jointed carapace, and are protected by their mates. Upon emergence, the eel larva will enter the ear of a larger animal, where it wraps itself around the cerebral cortex. This causes the host extreme pain and renders them extremely susceptible to suggestion. As the larvae matures, the subject grows increasingly mad and may attempt suicide; eventually death results if the larva finishes maturing.Origin: CETI ALPHA V
The green blooded Ceti Eel is a burrowing desert animal, capable of surviving to many extremes. The Ceti Eel was the only known native survivor of the orbital shift of Ceti Alpha V following the explosion of Ceti Alpha VI.
Eel-Bird

The giant Eel-Bird is a creature which must return to the caverns from which they were hatched every eleven-years in order to mate or die in the attempt. This all consuming drive to return 'home' has been compared to the Salmon of EARTH and even to the Vulcans during the time of the Pon Farr.
Hornbuck

The Hornbuck are a large four-legged ruminent animal possessing horns. These animals are often hunted by the Mintakans for their meat, leather and most especially for their horns which are quite valued as they represent a hunter's skills.
Ligorian Mastodon

A truly unique creature, the Ligorian Mastodon possesses the natural ability of becoming invisible making it a very difficult creature to hunt without some sort of heat detection device. Because of its size and the way it travels through the native forests of its homeworld, many legends have created about the creature.
Mugato
Mugatos are large, intimidating animals that grow as large as two meters. They are covered by a thick pelt of what is typically white hair all over their bodies with the exception of their faces and hands. They are closely related to the great apes of EARTH in their physical proportions and prehensile hands and feet. Unlike their Terran counterparts Mugatos are primarily carnivorous. All of their teeth are sharp and serrated and their fangs contain a strong venom that is fatal to humans within a matter of hours. Mugatos have a single large, thick horn projecting from the top of their craniums as well as smaller spikes running down the spine.Origin: NEURAL
This simian creature which inhabits the subtropical savanna regions appeares is extremely agressive and is known to attack on sight regardless of size or number of opponents.
Orion Wing-Slug

Type of unpleasant invertebrate animal only found on ORION which is considered to be a delicacy by a few other races. Orions, as well as the greater majority of the rest of the universe, see these creatures as slimy and disgusting, unwilling to touch them, let alone eat them.
Tribbles
They are asexual creatures, born pregnant, the only determinant of birthing being how much food they consume. Although a campaing to irradicate this species was launched by the Klingon Empire over a century ago, isolated specimens of this species can still be found. Although not dangerous, quarantine precautions should be followed if the species is encountered.Origin: unspecified
