KHON-MA
Bajoran group who believes that BAJOR should be for Bajorans only and are stricly opposed to any and all outside influence including that of the Federation. Although the group is limited in its numbers, occasional demonstrations and acts of sabotage of Federation instalations have brought the Khon-Ma to the attention of SFI on more than one occasion.

MAQUIS
A rebellious group of colonists and disgruntled Starfleet officers who were eradicated almost a full century ago. At the time they opposed what amounted to an abandonment of some Federation colonies when the United Federation of Planets/Cardassian border was finally hammered out. The group later resurfaced once again drawing people from various worlds and status, this time using their general hatred for all things Cardassian as their rallying cry. Having learned from the mistakes of the past, and having obtained more sophisticated equipment, the Maquis are considered to be a sizeable threat to the Cardassians and those who would dare support them.

MORDSYTHE
This terrorist organization is known throughout the Alpha and Beta Quadrants and is even suspected in having members on every civilized world regardless of their political afiliation. Although little is known about the Mordsythe, one thing is certain, this group is dangerous and seems to have its fingers in every legal, quasi-legal, and illegal scam out there.

TERRA PRIME
A Terran isolationist group which has been in existance since before the creation of the Federation. Although weak in membership and support, Terra Prime has been able to make things difficult at times by staging protests against 'non-terrans'. Although considered by SFI as a minor threat, the organization is being monitored as their members tend to believe that extreme measures are sometimes necessary to achive results.
