Starless, Limited Terms of Sale
Please thoroughly read the following agreement before buying any horse from Starless, Limited. When buying a horse, you must copy & paste this form, sign it, and e-mail it to Starless.
A. Understanding Purchase
I understand that through purchasing a horse, Starless Limited has no further financial obligation to the purchasee. The horse I purchase becomes my own, and, unless specific boarding arrangements have been worked out, shall move to the stable of my choice. I understand that having purchased a horse from Starless, I must create a page for it within a week, or it will be repossessed and I will no longer be able to purchase any horses from Starless.
B. Repossession
I understand that Starless, Limited, has the right to repossess any horse, at any time, if they see or believe they see any signs of neglect, overbreeding, overshowing, or overworking in any form. This includes if I have leased my purchased horse out to someone else and they are the cause of the neglect.
C. Resell
If I at any time sell the horse I have purchased from Starless, I must notify Starless, Limited. Even if it is not in my own will, the buyer of my horse must have a page up for that horse within three weeks, and that page must be e-mailed to Starless. If Starless finds out that I have sold a horse and have not notified them or gotten a page URL for it, neither myself or the buyer of the horse will any longer be able to purchase any horses from Starless. Please see Section D for further instructions on resell.
D. The Starless Initials - SL
The initials SL in front of our horses names allow us to identify our horses in the show ring, as sires/dams, and otherwise. Unless otherwise negociated, the initials SL must stay either in front or behind all the horses names that we sell. If a Starless horse is later resold (please read Section C), the initials must still be a part of the horse's name. I understand and agree to this.
E. Sealing The Deal
I understand and comply to all the terms listed above. I thoroughly understand everything, and will not complain/bicker if Starless enforces any of these terms if I have not. By "signing" my name at the bottom, I am agreeing in full to all of Starless' terms and conditions.
