e. I would use H1 to introduce the page, the main title. H2 through H6 would be to separate different sections of the page, with h2 being the second largest heading, progressively getting smaller with importance.

h. The new commands allow for making lists. The ol is and ordered list and displays a list in numbered order. The ul is an unordered list and displays a list with bullets.
