DOCUMENTATION AND OTHER VENDOR REQUIREMENTS FOR PENCILS

OTHER MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

PENCILS
• For ALL pencils , customs regulations require a test report  to show they meet the same requirements as:  
AS/NZS ISO 8124.3:2003 Safety of toys (safety requirements) Part 3 Migration of certain elements requirements,  apart from the age restriction.
This does NOT mean all pencils are regarded as toys, only that they have to undergo  identical testing to part 3 of the toy standard, as people tend to put them in their mouths.
• All inks, paints and other coloured materials used must be identical to those specified in the safety reports.
