OTHER MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

LUGGAGE
Supplier must produce documentation of testing (either internal or external) to cover the following:

• Handle Strength Loading Test for 24 hours                                                         
Large Luggage: 15kg    
Small Luggage:  10kg                                               
 • Drop Testing  on all sides and corners from  at least 1.0M                                                 
Large Luggage: 15kg loading   
Small Luggage:  10kg  loading

• Handle Oscillation Test
Handles are swung for 5,000 cycles 
Large Luggage: 15kg loading   
Small Luggage:  10kg  loading

• Wheel Endurance Test for 5Km     
Large Luggage: 15kg Loading           
Small Luggage: 10kg Loading 
                                      
• Wet and dry rubbing colourfastness 
• Colour run test for any external fabrics

If a zip fastener is used:
 • Zipper strength (Test method refer to AS 2332: 2003) 
Resistance to reciprocation test: 500 cycles 
Strength of closed-end 
Strength of top stop
