AS/NZS 60669.2.1:2020
Switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations - Particular requirements - Electronic switches (IEC 60669-2-1, Ed.4.1 (2009) MOD)
Note: Electronically controlled switches are not declared articles.

EMC REPORT COVERING:

AS CISPR 15:2017
Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment.

RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS REPORT COVERING:

AS/NZS 4268:2017+A1
Radio equipment and systems - Short range devices - Limits and methods of measurement .
(Basically, this is required by anything that uses a radio transmitter).

Note: If a product can also be used without the transmitter, it will need also need an EMC report to cover non-remote operation.
Understand the difference:
• EMC (ElectroMagnetic Compatibility)  reports are for devices that are NOT INTENDED to emit any electromagnetic radiation at all.
• Radiocommunications reports are for devices that are SPECIFICALLY INTENDED to produce electromagnetic radiation, (eg radio transmitters) but it must be strictly restricted to the licenced frequency.
